Travel Consultant
Achieves revenue targets of the Travel department and contribute to the overall growth of the organization
Ensures delivery of the highest service standards to customers in line with company’s policies and procedures achieving an error free operation.
Handles all travel arrangements including all Air and Non-Air services such as Transportation, accommodations, Transfers, Insurance, Tours, and activities etc
Advises clients regarding destinations, visa requirements, cultures, customs, weather etc
Manages relationships with Airline companies and all other vendors
Provides advice on travel documents, visa, insurance, etc.
Collects payments / handles credit card programs and charges – Encourage CC payment
Conducts research on destinations and industry trends
Keeps sales report, financial statements and documents updated and reports to the management on a weekly basis
