Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator
Mission
▪ Ensure that Saipem manages technology leverage purposefully
▪ Improve competitiveness through technology innovation
Tasks
▪ Represent of technology within the top management team and externally
▪ Manage the innovation technology development process, providing appropriate actions/tools to improve it
▪ Coordinate the technological efforts to ensure synergy within the Business Unit
▪ Assess the technological aspects of major strategic initiatives
▪ Monitor the internal/external technologies evolution
▪ Ensure that adequate technology management capability are available to support/improve the business
▪ Propose actions for technology acquisition/upgrading by setting and implementing the choice make - collaborate - buy
▪ Ensure that Corporate Research and Development resources and projects are correctly targeted and operated effectively
and efficiently in response to business needs
▪ Manage the knowledge relevant to technology through appropriate processes and tools
▪ Ensure the process of technological results valorisation
▪ Ensure the preparation of the technology plan for the area of his responsibility
▪ Identify technology needs according to business unit needs and critical technologies availability
