Business Development Manager




Your primary duty as a Business Development Manager is to cultivate and maintain long-term strategic connections with prospective clients. You are motivated, vivacious, and energized by human interaction. Interaction with the internal departments acts as a rapid and efficient method to onboard and extend customer connections, as well as engagement with the assigned service team. As we establish our office in Qatar and extend our operations to meet the requirements and demands of teams and people, we rely on you to guarantee the development of an outstanding first impression for new clients and the maintenance of a fantastic connection.



Main Responsibilities:


· Employ a strategic mindset while sourcing and crafting solutions for potential customers.


· Direct the sales process from first opportunity through effective closing.


· Establish a robust pipeline of prospective customers.


· Lay the foundation for developing and executing sales strategies.


· Attend networking opportunities at trade events and join networking clubs.




· Solicit new projects and contracts from enterprises and organizations in the public and private sectors, as well as from people, institutions, and new brands and initiatives.


· Promote the company's goods and services to government agencies and organizations in the public sector.


· Generate proposals and cost estimates for our services and goods.


· Negotiate with the firms on the financial packages and our consulting fees prior to each contract closing and signature.



Qualifications:


· Bachelor's degree in business management or a management-related field.


· Four to five years' experience as a business development senior sales executive or in a comparable position in an HR firm with an established sales track record.


· Superior communication and negotiation abilities.


· Capacity for establishing rapport.


· A significant connectivity hub in Qatar.


· Time management and planning abilities.


· Customer service experience would be a plus.


· Expertise with Microsoft Office and CRM applications, such as Salesforce.


· English and Arabic language proficiency would be advantageous.
