Call Center Agent
Job Description
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
Management and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and written communication skills
1-3 years of experience in a typical call center environment
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
Strong knowledge or idea in a call center terminology
Good in Basic Mathematical calculation
Familiar in basic banking terms
Previous Experience in banking customer service role is highly required

Job Description
Monthly-End and Yearly Closing of the financial books, (including preparation of balance sheets, income statements, Sub-ledgers).
Perform internal & external audit for compliance with legal regulations.
Provide cashflow position weekly and monthly.
Prepare general ledger and journal entries analysis.
Handle bank transactions, issuing Bonds and other facilities
responsible for the Cash on Hand and all the payments related to as per the policy
engaged in the preparation of the yearly budget
Responsible for the Accounts Payable (Invoices, Payment, Reconciliation)
Requirements or Qualifications
A bachelor's degree
3 – 5 Years of experience as an accountant
Arab Nationals (Male)
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge in reporting (Excel)
Strong background in ERP software
Experience in Financial report
