As a Sales Executive specializing in luxurious car brands, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell high-end vehicles to discerning customers. You will work closely with potential clients, guiding them through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting or exceeding sales targets.



Key Responsibilities



Customer Engagement:


Engage with prospective customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Build relationships to understand customer needs and preferences.

Provide detailed information about car brand, features, and options.

Address customer queries and concerns promptly and accurately.

Sales Process Management:


Qualify leads and manage a sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups.

Present and negotiate sales offers, including pricing, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.

Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of vehicles to customers.

Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:


Stay updated on the latest car models, and industry trends.

Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Utilize knowledge to effectively position and differentiate luxurious car brands to potential customers.

Sales Targets and Performance:


Meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to maximize results.


Qualifications and Requirements:


Previous experience in luxury car sales or automotive sales is highly desirable.

Strong passion for automobiles, particularly luxurious car brands.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.

Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.

Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and outside regular business hours, as required
