We are looking for a Sr. Sales Engineer:
Mechanical Engineering - UPDA & QCDD Certified.
Experience minimum 5 years in:
· Firefighting systems
· Fire Alarm systems
Good English oral & writing Communication skills.
Develop, implement and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, sectors, markets, and set performance goals to achieve company objectives.
Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Review and analyze sales performance against plans to determine effectiveness.
Manage and give direction to the sales teams.
Coordinate sales and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Identify and understand client’s business needs and objectives to develop marketing and sales campaigns.
Develop and manage sales budgets.
Available in Qatar with a valid driving license.

مهارات اتصال جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية الشفوية والكتابة.
تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة أنشطة التنبؤ بالمبيعات والأهداف والقطاعات والأسواق وتحديد أهداف الأداء لتحقيق أهداف الشركة.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير المبيعات التي توضح بالتفصيل المبيعات والمبيعات المحتملة ومجالات توسيع قاعدة العملاء المقترحة.
مراجعة وتحليل أداء المبيعات مقابل الخطط لتحديد الفعالية.
إدارة وإعطاء التوجيهات لفرق المبيعات.
تنسيق المبيعات والمبادرات لتحقيق أهداف العمل.
تحديد وفهم احتياجات عمل العميل وأهدافه لتطوير حملات التسويق والمبيعات.
تطوير وإدارة ميزانيات المبيعات.
متوفر في قطر برخصة قيادة سارية.
