As a Guest Relations Associate in a hospital, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience by providing exceptional customer service, promoting a welcoming atmosphere, and handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints from patients, family members, and visitors. You will work closely with the healthcare team to make sure that patient's needs are met, and help in navigating them through the hospital's facilities and services.
Qualifications
3+ Years of experience in Guest Relations.
Healthcare experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in any subject
Excellent Language proficiency (English & Arabic)
