• المعرفة التقنية والخبرة في تنفيذ تخطيط وإدارة النقل العام (PT) والترخيص وضمان الجودة والإدارة وصياغة السياسات والاستراتيجيات.  
• فهم شامل لرؤية قطاعي النقل البري والنقل البري في قطر لتطوير السياسات والاستراتيجيات واللوائح والقوانين لقطاعي النقل البري والنقل البري.  
• يجيد اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. مهارات الاتصال الممتازة، المكتوبة والشفوية، ضرورية للنجاح في هذا الدور. 

6.  كبير مخططي النقل العام

المسؤوليات:

• مراجعة الدراسات التخطيطية المتعلقة بتطوير شبكة النقل العام، ووضع السياسات العامة للنقل العام، ومشروع الخطط الشاملة للنقل العام في دولة قطر.
• تقديم المقترحات المتعلقة بتحسين مستوى خدمات النقل العام.
• تقديم المقترحات لتطوير خطوط وشبكات النقل العام المستقبلية حسب نمو الطلب والتغيرات الديموغرافية.
• المشاركة في تحديد نطاق الأعمال وإدارة العقود وإعداد ومراجعة الشروط المرجعية لمشاريع النقل العام.
• المشاركة في تحديث شروط ومتطلبات تنظيم أنشطة النقل العام وتحسين مستوى الخدمات مع تقييم واختيار أفضل الممارسات المتبعة عالمياً.
• إدارة تسليم التقارير المرحلية والمهام وعند الاقتضاء تحديث ومراقبة وإعداد التقارير عن التقدم والتسليمات.
• إدارة المستشارين الفرعيين والاتصال بفرق المشروع الخاصة بهم.
• التواصل مع العميل والجهات الأخرى مثل أصحاب المصلحة والسلطات المحلية.
• فترة التوظيف لمدة 3 سنوات بدوام كامل في قطر.

مؤهلات:

• درجة الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية (هندسة النقل)، تخصص النقل العام.
• خبرة 15 عامًا أو أكثر كمخطط رئيسي للنقل، وكذلك إعداد وتطوير خطط النقل العام.
• المعرفة العامة بالحافلات والسكك الحديدية والمترو، وخاصة الإلمام بالمواصفات والمعايير اللازمة لتصميم وتنفيذ وتشغيل وصيانة مشاريع النقل العام، ووضع السياسات والاستراتيجيات.
• الخبرة الدولية ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ضرورية. قطر تجارب مفيدة.
• المعرفة الفنية والخبرة في تنفيذ تخطيط وإدارة النقل العام (PT) والترخيص وضمان الجودة والإدارة وصياغة السياسات والاستراتيجيات.  
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية: مهارات الاتصال الممتازة، المكتوبة والشفوية، ضرورية للنجاح في هذا الدور.
