Consulting Engagement Manager
As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with top executives in a government agency, heading up major projects and ensuring lasting impact on business improvement. You will also be responsible for strategy development, budgeting, ecosystem governance, efficiency improvement, HR, organization, service delivery, transformation, and large-scale implementation projects across multiple stakeholders.
Among Your Responsibilities As Partner, You Will
Ensure the highest level of quality of output to your clients
10-15 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or combination of management consulting and industry experience.
10+ years of experience leading numerous complex assignments
Bringing your industry expertise to help both your own and your client teams' development.
Business development mindset, with experience building, growing and managing a client base
Travel: Openness to travel and work on client sites in order to deliver the first-class services
