1. Tanker Helper

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare tools, parts, equipment for Gasoil supply;
• Assist Driver with Gasoil supply;
• Check the trucks before and after Gasoil supply;

2. Hydraulic Technician

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot components such as pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, accumulators and filters.

• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of hydraulic systems
• Install new hydraulic systems and components

• Diagnose equipment failures by using diagnostic special tools

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare / review design analyses, calculations and procedures for structural in-service & pre-service engineering analyses deliverables such as: inplace, transportation, lifting, load-out, seafastening/tie-down, installation, vessel deck layout and modification, ROV platform erection, etc.
• Be familiar with the project scope of work, specifications, schedule and all inter-discipline requirements; including identifying concerns as early as practicable and taking appropriate initiatives to address the issues.
• Interface with other departments to obtain input for Discipline designs and drawings.
• Maintain close co-ordination with other disciplines / entities, such as; Project Management Team, Vessel, ROV, Survey, Offshore, Fabrication, Construction, etc. 
• Assist in preparation of estimates for bid proposals, including technical query reviews, execution statements and manhour estimates.
• Raise technical queries to obtain missing information, clarify work scope, and to maintain preferred Company procedures, specifications, standards, practices and operational requirements.
• Prepare Discipline engineering design basis, philosophies, and technical specifications, as required.
• Participate in finalizing deliverables lists and deliverables, ensuring compliance with specifications and functional integrity.
• Attend project review meetings, vendor meetings, engineering meetings and offshore site surveys, as required.

11. Foreman - Rigging and Scaffolding

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible overall for jobs execution/assignments by Supervisor, on time, team coordination, team leadership, other sections coordination for support, follow up, report and request support from line manager in order to accomplish the activities at the earliest;
• Responsible for assistant foreman and team members performance;
• Ensure that lifting operations are strictly planned and conducted as per Shipyard Lifting Procedure
• Safety procedures and practices are strictly implemented in all lifting and rigging activities
• Coordinate with other sections personnel in order to accomplish on time the activities and report to your superior for any bottle necks for support;
• Supervise and lead assistant foremen in the department and troubleshoot/solve problems and work towards improvement of team members and facility/tools/equipment;
• Provide firm technical support to team members;
• Follow up strictly the project plan tasks and activities, organize and coordinate as per the approved documentation (drawings, specifications and procedures). Report any deviation from schedule and inform in advance supervisor for any risks, deviations and issues expected;
• Responsible to ensure assistant foremen keep tracking of manhours consumed by each team member and correct bookings;
• Ensure all rigging tools/equipment are inspected, certified and colour coded prior to use;
• Ensure lifting procedures are strictly followed and request procedure if non available for particular job;

12. Hatch Foreman

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement the planned activities on practical execution.
• Collect in full autonomy information concerning availability of locations, equipment, work force and development of the process.
• Co-ordinate the work of the crane team and labours for best performance
• Control the lashing and un-lashing process for containers and general cargo vessels
• Assist the operation supervisor during the daily briefing and tool-box talk.
• Is responsible for the condition and proper usage of cargo gears.
• Is responsible for requesting the suitable type, number and size of the cargo gear in use.
• Control and monitor the work force swift and shift change time
• Collect and distribute information concerning work and act if necessary in connection to ship's cargo plan and packing list

13. Structural Fabricator

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• To carry out all type of gas cutting jobs, all type of steel fabrication works and ship repair works.
• Read drawings, sketches and preparation of steel plates with accurate measurement.
• To work independently with the instruction of steel section foreman, charge-hand and group leaders.  Fabrication involved cropping, preparation, fabrication and tack welding.
• Ensuring that all works are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with the divisions quality assurance procedures and quality manuals
• Layout, measure, and mark dimensions and reference lines according to drawings and templates, using measuring equipment.
• Housekeeping & Safety – Ensure the workplace and worksite are kept clean and tidy, during and after completion of work. Customer premises/facilities are to be treated with respect and kept clean at all times.
• Ensure all operations/work are carried out in a safe manner; ensure fellow workers wear the correct PPE.

14. Driver/Messenger

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Transport employees and visitors to and from desired locations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and implementation of Software Projects (Initiation through Closure) and serve as the main point of contact during all project phases

• Manage Customers' implicit and explicit business requirements and ensure they are addressed within our solution footprint and agreed SOW

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• To fabricate, lay out and fits out metal components to assemble structural forms, such as machinery components, bridge parts, piping parts ,etc using knowledge of welding techniques
• To fabricate, lay out in positions, aligns to assemble piping components together to match in a drawing supplied by another party or fits in a piping system to fulfill requirements
• To bolt, clamp and tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding
• Set up equipment and weld parts, using arc, gas shielded arc, submerged arc or gas welding equipment and other related power tools/equipment (saws, grinders). Determines required equipment and the welding method applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry and welding techniques
• Good experience in various weld positions such as , flat , horizontal, vertical or overhead positions
• Ability to comprehend isometric and floor drawings to the required level of job performance.
• Follow welding / fabrication procedures in terms of use of welding consumables, ensuring identification and traceability, material control, etc.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out both routine and planned maintenance and repair activities on crane and associated components parts Comprising of but not limited to hydraulic system, pneumatic system, winches, sheaves, ropes etc.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Performs major and specialized mechanical overhaul and repair work on marine diesel engines (main engines & auxiliary engines) using technical manuals
• Test, repair and overhaul marine engines, hydraulic system  , bow & stern thruster units.
• Operates hand and power tools associated with marine engine and equipment
• Propeller and tailshaft removing and refitting and replacing of  seals.

21. Senior Specialist - Category Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of procurement managers & specialists handling all personnel development, KPI management, succession planning, etc. Provide recommendations on recruitment, selection, and employee assessment to ensure compliance with HR policies. Foster long-term corporate success through motivated staff, coach subordinates, identify training and career development needs, recommend training courses, and oversee personnel records and resources to meet operational requirements.  
• Manage and optimize the assigned category(s) according to the Milaha-wide Procurement strategy. 
• Develop and implement multi-year category strategies which drive additional value for the organization. Align the program with strategic business objectives, communicate the strategy to stakeholders, collect feedback, and derive initiatives in line with strategic requirements
• Responsible for strategic procurement processes within the category (incl. supplier portfolio management, market analytics, RfX & sourcing of typically larger value orders, supplier selection, purchase order creation & placement, PO follow-up and issue management).
• Present the category or individual sourcing strategies in front of the Tender Committee or leadership if requested.
• Monitor the global supplier market for the assigned category. Plan for material and service availability by analyzing trends, delivery systems, and markets. 22. Quality & Performance Officer

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• To ensure Company owned and managed vessels are operated in a safe manner, avoiding any impact to the environment and in full compliance with contractual and company HSE requirements.
• Liaises with clients for HSE related matters, and for periodic safety drills being conducted by vessels and act as Site safety representative for the Client.
• Acts as a leader for the Berthing assistants and the Mooring team members and addresses all their HSE & operational concerns. 
• Ensures that company PTW system is implemented on all the vessels
• Liaise with vessel Master and crew to establish positive communication between vessel and shore staff promoting safety and wellbeing of all personnel on board company vessels.
• Ensure that the vessels Master and Crew and the berthing team get proper “on the job” training and all crew are given safety induction at start of their contract. 
• Ensure that the Videotel safety trainings are properly administered for all the vessel staff and mooring gang.
• Conduct RA and TBT awareness training and run programs to raise safety awareness among all crew and report any safety concerns to the management. Conduct frequent drills and training for the crew to enhance their emergency preparedness.
• Conduct Monthly Safety meetings with Port Captain and Mooring crew and record/ action the items raised. Assists Port Captain with HSE port operations related matters.

23. Electrical Engineer

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage all required of Extra low voltage (ELV) and all electrical work operations related to IBMS, Fire alarm system, Access Control & CCTV Monitoring, Gate barrier, Parking systems, HVAC Control system, Lighting Control system, PLC/SCADA Programming & Troubleshooting, Servicing & Maintenance, Programming with (PC based software) & Testing, commissioning, repairing, installation, quality auditing and testing in Electrical LT Switchgear Control panels, Distribution Boards, Computer hardware and software installation and data recovery
• Manage insurance claims process on accidental damages to property
• Follow up on Electrical works and asset preventive maintenance schedules, reactive maintenance and corrective maintenance
• Ensure the building facilities effectively serve the needs of all stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the projects performance and ensure the project is delivered within the budget, on schedule, and as per contract requirements
• Be accountable for the project budget, on time execution and compliance to the contract and technical requirements. Coordinate with Manager - Production and Planning Manager for the allocation of resources on the assigned project
• Provide update on the project progress (to internal and external stakeholders) and propose forecasts to the assigned Project Plan Coordinator on a daily basis and identify variances from the project plan and communicate to Manager - Production and client

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide on-going FP&A and operational support for assigned business units.
• Actively engage in monthly Financial close process and work closely with Accounting Team to ensure accurate financial reporting, identify and track variances.
• Provide ad hoc financial support and analysis for key strategic initiatives and critical business opportunities and challenges.
• Analyze key variances by researching supporting documentation and talking to appropriate managers. Review results and provide additional analyses as needed.

• Direct monitoring of operational activities assuring compliance in accordance with established Safe Systems of Work and quality standards
• Provide information to applicable worksite staff to assist them to adhere to the zero harm management strategies, consistent with site/project needs and in accordance with Milaha HSSEQ Management Systems
• Support worksite staff and supervision in complying with established HSSEQ plans, Risk Registers, Safe Work Method Statements, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis etc., providing subject matter input where required
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly compliance inspections and audits of operational activities to measure performance and compliance with regulatory provisions (Legal, Contractual, Industry Standards, Procedural, etc.)
• Conduct field observations and inspections of pre-start, work methods statements, authority to work permits, high risk work process documentation to assure fitness-for-purpose (risk identification and control) and that worksite staff are familiar with, and complying to, listed methodologies

29. Manager - Commercial (Estimation & Proposal)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the Estimation & Invoicing Department in an effective way and provide excellent services to customers. Lead in implementing strategies in line with company guidelines for the purpose of generating high revenue and achieving optimum profit margin by applying the cost effective pricing strategies and strict cost control in coordination with VP, Business Development and Production.
• Update VP – Shipyard on the activities and progress of the projects and related projects should there be any deviation from the budgeted plan. Prepare summary of budgeted vs actual man-hours for each project and discuss with VP and production team.
• Ensure the team is preparing quotations as per client’s specifications, is conducting inspection on vessels or at site as required prior to quoting and coordinate the preparation of technical tender specifications
• Coordinate with Business Development team to meet the customer expectations
• Coordinate and review scope of work for every project/job being enquired by the client. Provide budgeted hours to production team andplanning department. 
• Accommodate and analyse production feedback on actual hours spent on the job and provide overall comparison budget vs actual to Management team. 
• Ensure additional jobs or variation orders are raised by the operations. Monitor the job man-hours in progress with the estimated time frame and budgeted cost & plan.

30. Supervisor - Ship Agency Operations

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Represent Milaha agency for the various monthly meetings with Port Authorities
• Liaise with Port, Customs authorities for obtaining vessel suitability approvals, Port clearances to call at the Port, and make sure that vessel carry necessary documents and follow operation requirements
• Prepare Proforma Disbursement Account (PDA) details for all Agency vessels and forward to Shipping Accounts to provide PDA to the principals
• Coordinate and liaise with Finance to ensure all port charges/funds received from principals and approve berthing schedule accordingly
• Negotiate and communicate with charters & principals regarding the Port charges, Agency charges and confirm vessel agency appointment
• Negotiate with Port operators on behalf of charters and principals for the clarification, fixation of various charges & other issues related to the cargo operations
• Plan, notify and coordinate with Liners, Principals & Masters for vessel pre-calling arrangements and smooth vessel operations without delays
• Attend RORO Lines safety awareness meeting & deliver Milaha presentation
• Fully responsible for the implementation, conducting & feedback of safety regulations instructed by the Agency RORO Lines for their cargo operations
• Coordinate with principals and arrange necessary requirements such as crew change, Medical assistance, shore leave, gate passes, etc. through coordinating with Crew Handling section

31. Forklift Operator

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Discharge and load all non-containerized cargo from internal and external means of transportation to the storage locations and/or the warehouses.
• Identify the marks and signs on the non-containerized cargo.
• Control measurements and weight of cargo and observe stowage rules.
• Execute work according procedures upon given instructions.
• Maintain handling of various types of cargos as per the SWL of the equipment.
• Report damages and discrepancies when found.

• تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والهيدروليكية.
• توفير تقدير للعمل الذي يتعين القيام به بما في ذلك فاتورة المواد المطلوبة ووقت العمل المقدر قبل بدء العمل.
• إصلاح واستبدال الأجزاء التالفة أو البالية.
• إجراء فحص شامل للمحرك، وناقل الحركة، ومخرج القدرة، وعلبة التروس، والترس التفاضلي.

• مراجعة مواصفات المعدات الخاصة بالمعدات الداخلية والمستأجرة، والتحدث مع الموردين للتأكد من امتثال المصنع والمعدات. مراقبة الأسعار والتكلفة؛
• حضور اجتماعات / إيجازات عملاء المشروع وإعداد مسودات التقارير النهائية لعمليات تفتيش MWS ومشاريع البناء الخاصة بالعملاء ومشاريع الغوص / ROV / المسح / التفتيش.
• ضمان تنفيذ المشروع ضمن الميزانية والجدول الزمني لنطاق المشروع وضمان الامتثال للمعايير والمبادئ التوجيهية للشركة؛

الأدوار والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إعداد / مراجعة تحليلات التصميم والحسابات والإجراءات لتحليلات الهندسة الهيكلية أثناء الخدمة وقبل الخدمة مثل: في الموقع، والنقل، والرفع، والتحميل، والربط البحري / الربط، والتركيب، وتخطيط سطح السفينة وتعديله، وتركيب منصة ROV، إلخ.
• - التعرف على نطاق عمل المشروع والمواصفات والجدول الزمني وجميع المتطلبات المشتركة بين التخصصات؛ بما في ذلك تحديد المخاوف في أقرب وقت ممكن واتخاذ المبادرات المناسبة لمعالجة القضايا.

13.  صانع الهياكل

الأدوار والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تنفيذ جميع أنواع أعمال قطع الغاز وجميع أنواع أعمال تصنيع الصلب وأعمال إصلاح السفن.
• قراءة الرسومات والاسكتشات وتحضير الصفائح الفولاذية مع القياس الدقيق.
• العمل بشكل مستقل وفقًا لتعليمات رئيس قسم الصلب، ومسؤول الشحنة، ورؤساء المجموعات. تتضمن عملية التصنيع القص والتحضير والتصنيع واللحام.

• قيادة التخطيط وتنفيذ مشاريع البرمجيات (من البداية إلى النهاية) والعمل كنقطة الاتصال الرئيسية خلال جميع مراحل المشروع
• تسهيل تحديد نطاق المشروع وأهدافه والمنتجات النهائية واجتماعات المشروع - الداخلية والخارجية

• مراقبة خطة الصيانة الوقائية وصيانة الأعطال، والتأكد من تنفيذها من قبل إدارة السفن التابعة لشركة ملاحة. التأكد من صيانة جميع المعدات على متن السفينة بشكل جيد وتشغيلها بكامل طاقتها
• تأكد من صيانة الرصيف العائم وإجراء مسوحات الفئة حسب الحاجة
• إجراء إحاطة حول السلامة/محادثة حول صندوق الأدوات قبل عمليات الرصيف والحفاظ على الوثائق ذات الصلة
• ضمان تدريب فرق صيانة الأرصفة/المراسي بشكل كافٍ لتلبية أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة والكفاءة أثناء العمليات
• الحفاظ على الوثائق / الرسومات الخاصة برافعات السفن والأرصفة العائمة، وضمان الامتثال وفقًا لإرشادات إدارة السفن في ملاحة

• يقوم بأعمال الصيانة والإصلاح الميكانيكية الكبرى والمتخصصة لمحركات الديزل البحرية (المحركات الرئيسية والمحركات المساعدة) باستخدام الأدلة الفنية
• اختبار وإصلاح وتجديد المحركات البحرية والنظام الهيدروليكي ووحدات الدفع الأمامية والخلفية.

• تنفيذ صيانة كاملة لجميع أنواع المحركات والمضخات والضواغط والصمامات وما إلى ذلك.

• لضمان تشغيل السفن المملوكة والمدارة من قبل الشركة بطريقة آمنة، وتجنب أي تأثير على البيئة والامتثال الكامل لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة التعاقدية والشركة.
• التواصل مع العملاء بشأن المسائل المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة، وإجراء تدريبات السلامة الدورية التي تجريها السفن والعمل كممثل للسلامة في الموقع للعميل.
• يعمل كقائد لمساعدي الرسو وأعضاء فريق الإرساء ويتعامل مع جميع مخاوفهم المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة والتشغيل.
