1. Senior Material Analyst 

Your main duties will be to:-

• Review and approve requests for new materials creations and updates (PO text, stock parameters, Stock location, etc.), through MDG.
• Follow-up with procurement and expediting for delivery of PO's, overdue PO's and long Pending PR's, and critical materials.
• Steward, coordinate and follow-up of emergency procurements
• Resolve suppliers Technical Clarifications and follow/ monitor Technical Bid Evaluations
• Coordinate and steward Repair and return of materials (External), including capital spares monitoring and return to ensure availability.
• Coordinate logistics to and from vendors, follow-up and update.

2. Materials Controller 

Your main duties will be to:-

• Link with different actors of logistics process from procurement to delivery along with Project Engineers, Construction Coordinators, warehouse teams & Offshore Reps
• Verify that correct materials are linked to the work-orders.
• Raise Purchase Requests on materials, tools, and equipment for on-going and upcoming Shutdown and/or Campaign planned jobs.
• Shortage, delay issues for offshore deliveries by taking acts with any actors on the transverse flow (MRP, Procurement, Freight Forwarding, Warehouse Receipt team, QC inspector(s), Preparation teams for outbound delivery).
• Request specific physical inventory in case of PALM / SAP doubt.
• After receiving the material mobilization date from the Project engineers, instruct warehouse teams for picking QC outbound inspection and outbound deliveries. Prepares available materials for bagging, tagging, and shipment offshore, in-line with the Shutdown/Campaign schedule of planned jobs.
• Initiate with Project Control process for re-certification, re-calibration, test for specific equipment (pressure gauges, valves) by Third party/Vendor or cable cuttings if needed.
• Advise Offshore teams while delivering material & tracking for goods receipt offshore.
• Coordinate with E&C Warehouse Material Controller for the transfer of E&C material into warehouse locations.
• On demand of Project Engineers proceed for creating SAP code for fabricated items to MRP team.
• Initiate (and/or coordinate) with Warehouse team & MRP team for updating PALM / SAP Work Order by adding or deleting lines of items, SAP STO (Stock Transfer Order) or Delivery Notes
• Coordinate the offshore material returns / surplus materials with Backload team and E&C Warehouse Material Controller for the dispatch (to W/H 0005 storage, to "UNFIT" bins, to Vendors)

3. Condition Base Monitoring Technician 

Your main duties will be to:-

• Prepare offshore mission for CBM collection (either from offshore or onshore) with work order, tools, round route, integrated operational planning (IOP) and issue relevant Offshore Task request form (TRF)Execute
• CBM tasks offshore such as monthly vibration round, monthly infrared inspection of pressure vessel, exhaust etc… , infrared thermometry survey of electrical cabinet, leak survey, passing valves survey, oil sampling
• collection, grease sampling collection, performance test of pumps.
• First level of analysis of vibration and infrared data collected.
• Preparation and closure of CBM notification and work order in Company Computerized Maintenance and Inspection Management System (CMIMS).
• Issuance of follow up correction notification based on CBM findings with CMIMS.
• Keep vibration database updated by gathering new vibration footprint after corrective maintenance work.
• Keep leaking and passing valve register updated.
• Promote CBM technique within offshore maintenance team.
• Issue periodical reports on CBM activities (monthly vibration report, monthly performance follow up etc…).
• Provide specialist CBM assistance when it comes to use CBM tool (like balancing, infrared detection etc…).
• Must be willing to participate in Crisis Response Training and to assist during Emergency Response Situations if required.

4. Camp Boss 

Your main duties will be to:-

• Be Capable of communicating in English language.
• Have technical background & be able to carry out personnel movement administration duties, hygienic supervisory duties & general administrative work.
• Follow QATARENERGY safety regulations & instructions with regards to executing work activities, consideration of safety of others within his work party or vicinity.
• Be physically fit to be part of the FMB and / or STPs Emergency Response Team.
• Involved in light physical effort during hygiene, climbing stairways / ladders for 10% of the working time and occasionally working in cramped conditions.
• Carry out principal duties & responsibilities as follow:
• Perform all clerical duties (memos, letters, reports, filling, faxing). In addition, maintain stationary supplies.
• Prepare weekly field break report & monthly physical operational inventory report.
• Arrange & distribute all incoming and outgoing mail along with newspapers.
• Prepare operational budget requirements (soft furnishing and stationaries) for the following year & forward it to Services Supervisor (Stations) for approval before the end of the current year.
• Control loading & unloading of helicopter freight & distribute materials to the addressees. Ensure all outgoing cargo is properly authorized & manifested. Revert to O.I.S if manifest exceeds allowable weight limit.
• Maintain accurate & current records of all personnel movements to and from the platform & ensure all incoming personnel register in arrivals logbook.
• Allocate accommodation & designated lifeboat / muster station to incoming residents subject to the FMB-O.I.S's approval.
• Direct all first-time residents & visitors to the safety officer for a safety induction.
• Prepare the daily Persons On Board (POB) list for the O.I.S approval & fax Doha base staff as per corporate policy. Review helicopter bookings & advise FMB-OIS when POB reaches maximum.
• In conjunction with the platform medic, conduct daily / weekly hygienic inspections in the FMB platforms, provide reports on same to the catering supervisor & FMB-OIS.
• Conduct random spot checks of the FMB LQ cabins, rooms, offices & other areas on a regular basis ensuring living areas are clean & tidy. Supervise FMB cleaning staff to ensure LQ services staff; ensure hygiene levels are adequate for their respective duties.
• Not limited to the mentioned above points only.

5. Payroll Officer 

Your main duties will be to:-

• Responsible of the payroll process from the input of the variable data to the validation of the pay slip before bank transfer. 
• Administer verification of timesheets, reviewing calculations and data entry (new hires, amendments, rehires, transfers) of all relevant information for the monthly payroll processing.
• Accountable for verification of the pay slips before initiating bank transfer; ensure payroll operations are compliant with Wage Protection System.
• Ensure that any changes to the payroll data (fixed or variable) are supported by approved documentation and fully compliant with the company policies and Qatar Labor Law.

6. Account Assistant

• The candidate selected for this position shall have ability to understand & communicate in English. Candidates having Gulf experience will be preferred. Candidates shall have good health and sound physique.

8. Architect Engineer 

Your main duties will be to:-

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Manage and coordinate the installation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other essential systems.
• Oversee the procurement and installation of finishes such as flooring, walls, ceilings, windows, and doors.

9. QC Inspector – Painting 

Your main duties will be to:-

• Review all fabrication specifications, painting procedures and Inspection and test procedures;
• Review of all the codes and standards related to inspection requirements;
• Attend the inspection witness and hold points as per the approved Quality Control Plan;
• Report on the inspections to the QC Coordinator;
• Follow up all Site NCR in area of responsibility and ensure proper actions and documentation;
• Conduct inspection of painting materials (paints, thinners, solvents etc.) and related consumables;
• Conduct inspection of insulation materials (cold, hot, metal cladding etc.) and related consumables;
• Coordinate all requests for Painting Inspections and coordinate the same with the relevant Project Team members;
• Carry out stage-wise inspection for all painting and insulation activities, report on them, and assess their compliance with specified acceptance criteria;
• Report and follow-up on defects and non-conformities raised during the inspections;
• Ensure the correct equipment is being used, with proper inspection and certification;
• Follow up the Mechanical Completion in area of responsibility;
• Verify and close punch items in the area of responsibility;
• Follow up preservation of Site;
• Inspect spare parts and Special Tools;
• Conduct review and approve all Painting Inspection reports submitted by Contractor during construction and Commissioning

10. QC Inspector – Test Pack 

Your main duties will be to:-

• Shall be capable of preparing Hydro test pack.
• Understand the PID,ISO drawing.
• Be fully aware of the Project Quality and HSE requirements.
• Review all fabrication specifications and Inspection & Test procedures; Review of all the codes and standards related to inspection requirements.
• Coordinate for all requests for mechanical inspections of test packs and coordinate the same with the relevant Project Team members.
• Attend the inspection witness and hold points as per the approved Quality Control Plan;
• Report on the inspections to the QC Coordinator; Follow up all Site NCR in area of responsibility and ensure proper actions and documentation; Carry out visual inspection of test packs, report on them and assess their compliance with specified acceptance criteria.
• Follow up the Mechanical Completion in area of responsibility; Verify and close punch items in area of responsibility.
• Follow up preservation of Site; Carry out inspection of parent materials and consumables.
• Review Contractor Test Pack QC personnel qualification and performance; Ensure the correct equipment is being used.
• Review and approve all inspection reports submitted by Contractor during Construction and Commissioning.

11. Campaign and Shutdown Supervisor 

Your main duties will be to:-

• Campaign/shutdown preparation coordination in adherence to SD-NOC-MNT-200 and campaign/shutdown management procedure.
• The campaign/shutdown coordinator is directly contributing to the Al-Shaheen field production objectives attainment by ensuring campaigns/shutdowns are executed within defined duration.
• Coordinate and supervise 5 campaigns annually and manage approximately 1200 work orders, Coordinate and supervise 2 shutdowns annually and manage approximately 500 work orders Report campaign/shutdown preparation progress in accordance with campaign management procedure Liaise with onshore OC coordinator regarding all emerging issues during execution phase Provide cost conscious mind set to each campaign/shutdown
• Participates in campaign/shutdown Kick Off and preparation meetings.
• Prepares the offshore campaign/shutdown perimeter according to the driver’s and communicate to all offshore Stakeholders.
• Conducts daily safety tours, tool box talk audits and ensures all safety issues are reported through site management in a timely manner
• Prepapres with the OIM/OTL the Campaign/shutdown Organization note for each cmpaign/shutdown.
• Manages the campaign/shutdown preparation action tracker offshore, ensures action owners meet targets timely and liaises with onshore coordinator Participate in others meetings and workshops related to campaign/shutdowns preparation as required.

12. E&I commissioning Supervisor (Offshore) 

Your main duties will be to:-

• Process control and measurement principles; Installation and testing of pneumatic and electronic protective systems;
• Installation and testing of pneumatic and electronic control and/or monitoring systems including PLC and DCS based systems;
• Installation and testing of fire and gas detection and protection systems;

Your main duties will be to:-

• Drive and Deliver Safety, Quality, and Productivity within NOC Backlog project and Recovery and Sustainability Project of Continuous Improvements / Lessons Learned via the audit process of achieved works, access solutions, execution methodology processes.
• Close the loop with offshore/onshore crew to ensure consistent performance between offshore execution and onshore strategy setting.
• Support the Project Lead on technical subjects.
• Ensure all entity projects are diligently managed and compliant to all aspects of the NOC Standards HSE, and Quality within the required discipline activities and act as NOC Focal Point liaising with all NOC collaborating teams.
• Ensure all interfaces with the relevant parties are correctly managed.
• From site feedback, identify weak signals addressing performance recovery to be reconsidered, review existing practices/standard/ process, identify gaps, define improvement action plan, develop actions and monitor results.
•  Assist project lead with all Contractual and Project Control topics. 
• Mentor and coach the project team in any identified gaps to reach a level of compliance and acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Ensure deliverables are clearly understood, address all clarifications, ensure close follow-up on progress and performance and issue associated close out reports.

• All have experience in operating various types of pumps, diesel engines, generators, compressors, blowers, stationary equipment such as piping, valves, and waste water treatment plant. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in DCS. He shall be familiar with plant isolation procedures, lock-out and tagging procedures and plant permit to work procedures.

26. HVAC Foreman 

Profile:

• Ideally you will have Diploma in Mechanical with a minimum experience of 07 Years in in oil and gas Industry or petrochemical industry or in similar facility or with major utilities as a mechanical Foreman,
• He should be familiar with pumps, compressors, blowers, pipes and fittings, material specifications.
• He shall be capable of trouble shooting, maintaining, repairing and overhauling large size pumps, compressors, blowers, packaged splits, splits and window type AC’s, chiller units, cooling towers and the like.
• Should have experience on all electric, electronic, PLC and DDC HVAC control systems for buildings.
• He shall be responsible for providing a variety of skilled work related to the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems as well as for planning, scheduling and supervising the work of subordinates to deal objectively and harmoniously with others, and to render sound decisions.
• He shall be familiar with material specifications, bearings, fasteners, P&ID, Piping Isometric drawings and the like.
• Familiar with hand tools, fasteners and other similar equipment.

27. Mechanical Assistant Technician 

Profile:

• Ideally you will have ICT in Mechanical with a minimum experience of 03 Years in in oil and gas Industry or petrochemical industry or in similar facility or with major utilities as a mechanical technician assistant,
• As a Mechanical Assistant Technician in the respective work area like Mechanical or HVAC or Automobile maintenance.
• He shall be capable of trouble shooting, maintaining, repairing and overhauling large size pumps, diesel engines, generators, compressors, blowers, piping maintenance and the like.
• He shall be familiar with material specifications, bearings, fasteners, P&ID, Piping Isometric drawings and the like.
• Able to perform minor mechanical repairs.
• Familiar with hand tools, fasteners and other similar equipment.

28. QC Inspector (Electrical) 

Profile:

• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering discipline from a recognized University/Institution

3.  فني مراقبة حالة القاعدة 

ستكون واجباتك الرئيسية هي:-

• إعداد مهمة بحرية لجمع CBM (إما من البحر أو على اليابسة) باستخدام أمر العمل والأدوات والمسار الدائري والتخطيط التشغيلي المتكامل (IOP) وإصدار نموذج طلب المهمة البحرية ذات الصلة (TRF)
• مهام CBM البحرية مثل جولة الاهتزاز الشهرية، والتفتيش الشهري بالأشعة تحت الحمراء لأوعية الضغط، والعادم، وما إلى ذلك، ومسح قياس الحرارة بالأشعة تحت الحمراء للخزانة الكهربائية، ومسح التسرب، ومسح الصمامات العابرة، وأخذ عينات الزيت

• تخصيص أماكن إقامة وقوارب نجاة مخصصة / محطة تجمع للمقيمين القادمين بشرط الحصول على موافقة FMB-OIS.
• توجيه جميع المقيمين والزائرين لأول مرة إلى مسؤول السلامة لحضور جلسة تعريفية بالسلامة.
• إعداد قائمة يومية بالأشخاص الموجودين على متن الطائرة للحصول على موافقة مكتب خدمات الطيران وإرسالها بالفاكس إلى موظفي قاعدة الدوحة وفقًا لسياسة الشركة. مراجعة حجوزات الطائرات المروحية وإبلاغ مكتب خدمات الطيران عندما يصل عدد الأشخاص الموجودين على متن الطائرة إلى الحد الأقصى.

• التنظيم، إدارة الوقت، الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، حل المشاكل، 
• معرفة استخدام الكمبيوتر والتعرف على حزم MS Office 2000 أمر ضروري.

• دعم قائد المشروع في المواضيع الفنية.
• ضمان إدارة جميع مشاريع الكيان بعناية وتوافقها مع جميع جوانب معايير مركز العمليات الوطني للصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة ضمن أنشطة الانضباط المطلوبة والعمل كنقطة اتصال مركز العمليات الوطني بالتنسيق مع جميع فرق التعاون مع مركز العمليات الوطني.

25.  مساعد مشغل - المرافق 

حساب تعريفي:

• من الأفضل أن يكون لديك دبلوم في الهندسة من مؤسسة معترف بها
• مؤسسة ذات خبرة 03 سنوات أو شهادة تجارية ذات خبرة 03 سنوات في صناعة النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات أو في نظام مماثل.
• يشترط الخبرة في تحليل المياه والكيمياء.
• يجب أن يكون لدى الموظفين المختارين لهذا المنصب مهارات جيدة في التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية.
• ستكون الخبرة الخليجية ميزة إضافية
• يتمتع جميع المرشحين بخبرة في تشغيل أنواع مختلفة من المضخات ومحركات الديزل والمولدات والضواغط والمراوح والمعدات الثابتة مثل الأنابيب والصمامات ومحطة معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي. سيتم إعطاء الأفضلية للمرشحين ذوي الخبرة في DCS. يجب أن يكون على دراية بإجراءات عزل المصنع وإجراءات القفل والترميز وإجراءات تصريح العمل في المصنع.
