Senior Procurement Officer (Procurement Performance & Analytics)
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing procurement KPI dashboards and implement best practices.
Monitor and develop procurement performance intelligence for insights and benchmarks.
Define and improve business metrics relevant to the Procurement function.
Develop structured analysis to understand performance of quantitative and qualitative analysis to acquire insights from data.
Develop and report actionable insights to drive outcomes.
Uphold and develop internal and external policies, regulations, and laws.
Develop supplier assessment templates
Maintain and manage SLA's with various department to achieve procurement efficiency within the organization
Assist in all procurement activities and seek solution to any request
Responsible for supplier panel register maintenance and prepare communication material, data extracts and ad-hoc analysis as and when requested
Enhance and promote cost consciousness, efficiency, productivity and minimize cost and wastage
Comply with all legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements, group compliance policies (AML, Data Protection, Fraud Control Policy, Conflict of Interest etc..) and support RCSA and KRI frameworks
Build and maintain strong relationships with various departments to achieve group objective.
Key Requirements:
University Degree preferably major in related field of study
4+ years of experience within the procurement function
2+ years in data analytics, excel management and data request defination
Excellent report writing skills, both in English and Arabic
Experience managing vendor performance and tracking procurement efficiency.
Advanced MS excel user able to perform data analysis / reports.
Ability to work on analytical tools using SQL
Experience in SAP will be an advantage.
Stakeholder management skills
Manager - Supplier Performance
Knowledge, skills & experience:
MCIPS is preferred.
Graduate with a Major in Procurement and professional accreditation to the function will be a plus.
Good experience with international bank in procurement and supplier performance.
Minimum4-5 years of relevant experience knowledgeable in procurement/sourcing process and methodology.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Arabic language speaker will be considered an additional advantage.
Proficient in using tools– Oracle ERP, Microsoft Excel, SQL.
