Document Controller (Temp. Replacement)
Job Summary:
Document Controller is responsible to ensure the Document Management consistency across all Projects, meticulously, maintaining control and traceability of the documentation from Project initiation throughout completion.
Duties & Responsibilities, (include but not limited to):
- Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain the Document Management System.
- Manage all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support.
- Ensure Document Management accordingly to established procedures or standards (documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording and archiving)
- Adjusting document number formats as per client’s documentation standards/EGEC policy.
- Basic quality checks (Ensuring proper revision history including revision notification in drawings/documents, spelling & grammatical checks).
- Proper formatting/adjusting of all documents as per client’s standards/EGEC policy.
- Process incoming documentation (registration in the DMS, internal distribution, archiving).
- Process outgoing documentation (transmit to Client and Suppliers/3rd parties).
- Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed internally and externally (Clients and Suppliers).
- Ensure control and coordination of projects documentation and data.
- Ensure all drawings/documentation are correctly identified, distributed and filed/stored.
- General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning, analysis of supplier’s documents compliance with Project standards regarding numbering and all others aspect related to document quality.
- Assistance in the preparation collation and issue of reports and registers as may be required.
Architect Engineer
Job Summary:
Architect is to ensure that the project design is well implemented on site and to enhance the contractor ability to reach the project targets and goals.
Duties & Responsibilities, (include but not limited to):
Analyze building drawings to ensure they are accurate and feasible
Review/study other project documents (contract, specifications, BOQ …etc.)
Collaborate with all parties to design and implement an efficient system of operation
Attend progress meetings for the project (weekly, monthly).
Attend technical meetings and workshops.
Adjust a building plan to contain additional components/sections as may be required by clients
Coordinate the work with other disciplines and to be sure that all work executed at site is well coordinated.
Direct and supervise building contractors to ensure compliance with set standards and specifications
Follow up the work progress at site against the project time schedule.
Perform materials testing to verify the quality of procured materials or components
Oversee the select materials and component for a construction project
Ensure building operations are in compliance with government laws and building codes
Attend workshops, seminars and conferences to update job knowledge and expand personal network.
Responsible for the quality of work of the architectural items.
Ensure adherence to health and safety rules and regulations during work operations.
Review / study the Engineering works
Provide the support and cooperation in regards to the Quality department requirements and Audits.
Provide the support and cooperation in regards to the Business development & tenders management activities when requested.
Qualified professional who can manage and coordinate specialized activity, discipline or team of moderate size and complexity
Leads in the formulation of advanced technical concepts.
Provides specialist services in support of project requirements. Independently performs highly complex professional assignments demanding contributions calling for the application of specialized principles.
HSE Engineer
Job Summary:
To prepare and ensure effective implementation in respect of adherence and HSE and safety policy and procedural requirements. Ensures project's designs on inherent technical safety criteria, HSE principles and aligned with approved Corporate Codes of Practice and Company technical safety engineering standards
Duties & Responsibilities, (include but not limited to):
Work with the engineering teams under the direction of Lead Engineers preparing and producing HSE engineering deliverables for projects. Will be expected to assume lead engineer in the absence of lead engineer.
Ensure compliance by all parties with COMPANY's HSE requirements and regulations and all relevant legislation and statutory requirements, including all laws, rules and regulations (as amended from time to time) of the governments.
Contribute to the design of engineering solutions and produce detailed designs and specifications. Prepare deliverables to meet specific project requirements including:
Architect Engineer
Education & Experience:
B. Sc. in Architecture / Architectural Engineering
UPDA certificated
Having Local Experience
12 Years’ experience – at least 7 years in the similar field
Good knowledge of Architectural computer software
Preferably having Driving License
Locally Based candidates
