𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞
◉ Should have 4+ years of Experience in Costumer Engagement;
◉ Hands on experience in MS Dynamics Dynamics 365;
◉ Customer Engagement Apps;
◉ Should have implemented (end to end) at least 3 Dynamics 365 Customer Engagements;
◉ Should have involved in solution design (At least 3 projects);
◉ Proven experience in working in collaboration with other Microsoft Dynamics products and the Power Platform;
◉ Experience in fit gap analysis;
◉ Good client facing skills;
◉ Provide guidance to the team and resolve functional issues and questions;
◉ Leading and mentoring team members;
◉ Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant (MB-200 + MB-210);
◉ Additional certifications are an advantage e.g. (MB-220, MB-230).
