1. Reporting Analyst

Key Accountabilities:

• Interpret the Organization's digital strategy and to identify innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation

2. ICS Cybersecurity Specialist

Hands-on responsibility for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Cyber Security inclusive of protection, detection, response, and recovery for Windows-based operating systems and network levels O through 3.5 as per ISA/IEC 62443. Ensure compliance with company standards for both networked and standalone ICS/OT devices. Develop, enhance, and maintain the company's ICS Cyber Security capabilities through adoption of the ISA/IEC 62443 standards and supporting tools (e.g. vulnerability assessment, IPS, SIEM, etc.).

Routine Duties:

• Manage patch deployment for Windows devices in network levels O through 3.5 as well as standalone devices.
• Identify obsolete Operating Systems (OS) and plan for necessary upgrades through vendor consultation.
• Consolidate standalone devices (e.g. laptops used for PLC configuration).
• Prepare for the company's internal ICS audit by completing configuration review sheets for all workstations, servers, switches, firewalls, and routers in the OT environment. Correct deficiencies and document deviation/remediation plans.
• Prepare for the company's internal ICS audit by participating in and documenting compliance of all workstations, servers, switches, firewalls, and routers in the OT environment with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in the design of cyber solutions for the OT environment (e.g. SIEM, IPS, ATP).
• Monitor patch deployment, anti-virus, SIEM, IPS, ATP and related systems and respond/investigate alerts.
• Perform detailed, post event analysis of cyber events, and direct needed Incident response procedures
• Perform detailed technical analysis of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and cyber security controls.
• Participate in vulnerability assessments and administrative audits on client computer systems and network devices considering the sensitivity of Operational Technology testing.
• Identify cyber security gaps and recommend mitigation strategies to address gaps.
• Maintain knowledge of the cyber security capabilities of operating systems, networking devices, control systems, and vendor offerings.
• Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging state-of-the-art computer/network systems technologies, architectures, and products.
• Resolve technical issues considering operating impact, and be able to communicate issue resolutions to OT organizations
• Secure operational technology networks.
• Design comprehensive technical solutions that meet compliance requirements and implement the appropriate software to mitigate critical security risks (e.g., system and antivirus software, encryption modules, patch management programs, insider threat protection, incident response plans, forensic capabilities, and regulation compliance).
• Lead collaboration efforts with other cyber security experts on team to develop well-constructed approaches to ICS risk management, mitigation, and monitoring strategies.
• Responsible for securing systems running !CS-related communications protocols (e.g., MODBUS, PROFIBUS, etc.).
• Develop simulated ICS environments within a virtual infrastructure.
• Prepare Work Permits in support of ICS/OT job activities.
• Responsible for housekeeping in work area.
• Participate in MOC / PSSR process.

• Maintain a working knowledge of applicable cyber security standards including those relating to process networks.
• Provide input to the planning, design, development and implementation of technical controls, procedures and policy associated with compliance to regulatory requirements, cyber security guidance, and standards.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices in order to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
• Implement all relevant Section's policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner..

Quality, Health, Security, Safety and Environment:

• Ensure compliance with Life Critical Procedures, Tenets of Operations, Consent to Operate, plant policies and procedures, Daily Operating Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), MOC Process, and Quality Management System.
• Participate in the safety activities of the shift to ensure regulatory, health, safety, security, environmental, and quality compliance.
• Carry out plant walk-downs and audits to ensure work is being performed safely and that the plant safety systems are enabled. Coordinate efforts to correct discrepancies.
• Actively participate in shift toolbox meetings, JSAs, MSCM's, etc.
• Execute Stop Work Authority and take immediate corrective actions to stop unsafe behaviours..

Reporting:

• Communicate ideas, present, and explain technical knowledge to stakeholders.

3. Turnaround Superintendent 

Responsible for overall co-ordination of Turnarounds. Manage TA Planning and Execution and ensure turnarounds are planned and executed safely, on time and within the approved budget with completion of all the scheduled jobs and meet the Turnaround objectives. Responsible for all Turnaround contract administration. Manage Turnaround workflow as per QTAPS milestones.

Education: 

• Required - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Experience: 

• Mandatory - 10+ years of experience in managing Planning, Maintenance and Operations with experience in Turnaround Planning in Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Industry
• Should be proficient in English. Preferred Arabic working knowledge.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide leadership for the preparation, planning, safe execution, and closeout of turnarounds per QTAPS.
• Develop department goals and objectives in line with Human Capital Department guidelines to achieve business objectives and long-term department plans.
• Support efforts to recruit and hire competent employees and manage employee performance including external contractors on TA planning assignments.
• Lead TA Core Team and accomplish milestones and deliverables through active engagement of internal and external stakeholders, including Superintendents through regular meetings. 
• Identify and select team members with specific roles to individual turnarounds; ensure all core team members understand and perform their roles and responsibilities; and promote diversity of skills among the employees.
• Lead efforts for preparation and approval of TA AFD and AFE based on established cost estimation and optimization practices in accordance with QTAPS. Coordinate for financial close out of TA.
• Prepare department budget and ensure alignment with annual business plan, and monitor department budget spending against the approved budget.
• Develop framing documents, QTAPS milestones, deliverables, and track to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Ensure timely completion of Pre-TA inspection activities and coordinate for preparation and finalization of TA job and project lists. Lead job and scope challenge and optimization exercise.
• Ensure proper job pack preparation and review by all stake holders as per QTAPS.
• Ensure TA Main Contract and all necessary services are arranged in coordination with required stakeholders to assure scheduled execution of TA scope.
• Ensure identification, procurement, timely receipt and inspection of all spares and materials particularly long lead items.
• Coordinate with production on preparation of production job packs, development, and finalization of system timelines.
• Ensure preparation and finalization of Integrated TA Schedule with the involvement of required stakeholders.
• Coordinate with all stake holders to finalize TA Organization chart.
• Ensure development of mobilization plan of Main contractor, services, specialized manpower and other TA contractors. Coordinate for overseas campaign, recruitment & mobilization of specialized, skilled manpower & lead workers.
• Coordinate the effort for Pre-TA schedule and ensure all Pre-TA jobs, preparation activities are tracked and completed ahead of TA.

4. Instrument & Electrical Reliability Engineer

Apply the acquired knowledge and experience in developing methods and processes to prevent, or reduce, the likelihood or frequency of failures in l&E systems and assets

People Management:

• Advise and assist Maintenance l&E Engineers , electricians, instrument technicians and production supervisors on complex electrical and instrument repairs and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Support all the efforts towards building a harmonious work environment to promote the spirit of cooperation and team building within the l&E Reliability Section.
• Provide required technical support in matters requiring higher level of expertise and consultation.

Instrument & Electrical Assets Integrity:

• Develop and implement Reliability strategies by utilizing conventional techniques such as Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Preventive and Predictive maintenance (PPM) strategies, and other industry accepted reliability techniques to analyse l&E equipment failures and produce cost effective strategies to ensure safe and reliable operation of the plant.
• Implement Mechanical Integrity & Quality Assurance best practices. Work with other concerned departments to develop & execute appropriate Quality Assurance (QA) practices and develop a mechanism to assess the effectiveness of QA practices.
• Proactively identify l&E Equipment Reliability Issues and develop engineering solutions for chronic and sporadic equipment reliability problems. Work with technical, production and maintenance to implement solutions.
• Lead Reliability Improvement efforts of the plant from the platform of Reliability Improvement Teams (RITs).
• Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis to identify various failure modes and recommend strategies to help improve l&E equipment reliability.
• Evaluate RCA reports, criticality studies, equipment strategies, and risk assessments on equipment to ensure consistency and compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Evaluate facility incidents that affect reliability and ensure that appropriate RCAs are performed. Assist in tracking RCA findings and completing action items in a timely manner.
• Develop Instrumented Protective Systems (IPS) related work processes in the company to comply with regulatory requirements mandated both by International Standards {IEC61511/ISA 84) and Company Standards RMS 5700.
• Administer the development of detailed engineering calculations and drawings including the preparation of Single Line Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams, Cable Schedules, Interconnection drawings, loop drawings, Instrument data sheets etc.
• Prepare technical inquiry requests to vendors, participate in the technical evaluation of vendor bid offers. Review vendor drawings and documents and review design calculation. Ensure vendor equipment specifications meet the design specifications and are within budgeted costs.
• Reviews equipment specs/designs to ensure equipment can meet reliability objectives. Participate as a technical adviser on capital projects and turnarounds.
• Participates in the MOCs and PSSRs of new installations to assure adherence to functional specifications.
• Act as subject matter expert (SME) in performing root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and provides expertise to the RCA teams as required.
• Review and optimize ITPMs for functionally critical l&E equipment {MICE).
• Drive consistency in l&E equipment design across the site as part of projects review including consistency in maintenance strategies.
• Provide communication to area resources about improvement projects.
• Provide input as needed on projects to ensure design and reliability issues are considered and addressed on new projects.
• Provide guidelines to Maintenance in order to ensure that Life Cycle Asset Management processes are complied with throughout the entire life cycle of new and old assets.
• Champion continuous improvement, fosters relationships between various plant functions to focus on total quality.

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of departmental systems, policies, processes and practices taking into account 'international leading practices' in order to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Provide critical input to support the development of l&E Reliability Section's systems, policies , processes , and procedures in order to meet business requirements.
• Ensure team members comply with all l&E Reliabi lity Section's policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

• Prepare relevant reports in a timely and accurate manner in order to meet the departmental requirements, policies and standards.
• Support supervisor in the preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets. Ensures reliability projects and activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate ideas, present, and explain technical knowledge to stakeholders.
• Communicate to Supervisor to inform on issues that require additional follow up.

Quality, Health, Security, Safety and Environment:

• Required : Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience:

• مفضل: درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الكهربائية، الهندسة الإلكترونية، هندسة التحكم في العمليات، هندسة الأجهزة، تكنولوجيا الهندسة، الهندسة الفيزيائية، هندسة الأتمتة، هندسة الميكاترونيات، الأمن السيبراني والشبكات، هندسة الكمبيوتر أو العلوم المتخصصة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات.

خبرة:

• المطلوب: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في هندسة أنظمة التحكم، ودعم DCS/PLC/SIS، وصيانة الأجهزة، أو دور تشغيلي ذي صلة في بيئة تصنيع النفط والغاز أو المواد الكيميائية. خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الأمن السيبراني ICS/OP
• مفضل: خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في هندسة أنظمة التحكم، ودعم DCS/PLC/SIS، وصيانة الأجهزة، أو الدور التشغيلي ذي الصلة في بيئة تصنيع النفط والغاز أو المواد الكيميائية. خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الأمن السيبراني ICS/OP.

3.  مشرف التحول 

المسؤول عن التنسيق الشامل لعمليات التحول. إدارة تخطيط وتنفيذ عمليات التحول والتأكد من تخطيط عمليات التحول وتنفيذها بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية المعتمدة مع إكمال جميع الوظائف المجدولة وتحقيق أهداف التحول. المسؤول عن إدارة جميع عقود التحول. إدارة سير عمل التحول وفقًا لمعالم QTAPS.

تعليم: 

• مطلوب - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة

خبرة: 

• إلزامي - خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة التخطيط والصيانة والعمليات مع خبرة في التخطيط للتحول في صناعة البتروكيماويات / النفط والغاز
• يجب أن يكون متقنًا للغة الإنجليزية، ويفضل أن يكون لديه معرفة عملية باللغة العربية.

المسئوليات الرئيسية:

• توفير القيادة للتحضير والتخطيط والتنفيذ الآمن وإغلاق التحولات وفقًا لمعايير QTAPS.
• تطوير أهداف القسم بما يتماشى مع إرشادات قسم رأس المال البشري لتحقيق أهداف العمل وخطط القسم طويلة المدى.
• دعم الجهود الرامية إلى استقطاب وتوظيف الموظفين الأكفاء وإدارة أداء الموظفين بما في ذلك المتعاقدين الخارجيين في مهام التخطيط للمساعدة التقنية.

• تنسيق الجهود الخاصة بجدول ما قبل TA والتأكد من متابعة جميع وظائف ما قبل TA وأنشطة التحضير وإكمالها قبل TA.

4.  مهندس موثوقية الأجهزة والكهرباء

تطبيق المعرفة والخبرة المكتسبة في تطوير الأساليب والعمليات لمنع أو تقليل احتمالية أو تكرار الأعطال في أنظمة وأصول التعلم والتعليم

إدارة الأشخاص:

• تقديم المشورة والمساعدة لمهندسي الصيانة والكهربائيين وفنيي الأجهزة ومشرفي الإنتاج في إصلاحات الأجهزة الكهربائية المعقدة ومنهجيات استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
• دعم كافة الجهود المبذولة نحو بناء بيئة عمل متناغمة لتعزيز روح التعاون وبناء الفريق داخل قسم موثوقية التعليم والتدريب.
• تقديم الدعم الفني المطلوب في الأمور التي تتطلب مستوى أعلى من الخبرة والاستشارات.

سلامة الأجهزة والأصول الكهربائية:

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الموثوقية من خلال الاستفادة من التقنيات التقليدية مثل الصيانة المرتكزة على الموثوقية (RCM)، وتحليل السبب الجذري (RCA)، واستراتيجيات الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية (PPM)، وغيرها من تقنيات الموثوقية المقبولة في الصناعة لتحليل أعطال معدات التعليم والتعلم وإنتاج استراتيجيات فعالة من حيث التكلفة لضمان التشغيل الآمن والموثوق به للمصنع.
• تنفيذ أفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بالسلامة الميكانيكية وضمان الجودة. العمل مع الإدارات المعنية الأخرى لتطوير وتنفيذ ممارسات ضمان الجودة المناسبة وتطوير آلية لتقييم فعالية ممارسات ضمان الجودة.
• تحديد مشكلات موثوقية معدات التعليم والتدريب بشكل استباقي وتطوير حلول هندسية لمشاكل موثوقية المعدات المزمنة والمتقطعة. العمل مع الفنيين والإنتاج والصيانة لتنفيذ الحلول.
• قيادة جهود تحسين موثوقية المحطة من خلال منصة فرق تحسين الموثوقية (RITs).
• قم بإجراء تحليل السبب الجذري للفشل لتحديد أنماط الفشل المختلفة والتوصية باستراتيجيات للمساعدة في تحسين موثوقية معدات التعليم والتعلم.

• إدارة تطوير الحسابات والرسومات الهندسية التفصيلية بما في ذلك إعداد مخططات الخط الفردي، والرسومات التخطيطية، وجداول الكابلات، ورسومات الربط، ورسومات الحلقة، وبيانات الأجهزة وما إلى ذلك.

• تعزيز الاتساق في تصميم معدات التعليم والتعلم في جميع أنحاء الموقع كجزء من مراجعة المشاريع بما في ذلك الاتساق في استراتيجيات الصيانة.
• توفير التواصل مع موارد المنطقة بشأن مشاريع التحسين.

• المساهمة في تحديد الفرص المتاحة للتحسين المستمر لأنظمة الإدارات والسياسات والعمليات والممارسات مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار "الممارسات الرائدة دوليا" من أجل تحسين الإنتاجية والكفاءة التشغيلية.
• توفير مدخلات حاسمة لدعم تطوير أنظمة وسياسات وعمليات وإجراءات قسم موثوقية التعليم والتدريب من أجل تلبية متطلبات العمل.
• التأكد من امتثال أعضاء الفريق لجميع سياسات قسم موثوقية التعلم والتعلم، والعمليات، وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية، والتعليمات بحيث يتم تنفيذ العمل بطريقة خاضعة للرقابة ومتسقة.

الجودة والصحة والأمن والسلامة والبيئة:

• ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية وإجراءات وضوابط الجودة والصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة ذات الصلة في جميع أنحاء القسم لضمان سلامة الموظفين وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة.

تعليم:

• المطلوب: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية / الإلكترونية / الأجهزة.
• مفضل: درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الكهربائية / الإلكترونية / الأجهزة.

خبرة:

• المطلوب: إجمالي 7-10 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال صيانة الأجهزة والتحكم والدعم الفني ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في صناعة العمليات، منها 5-7 سنوات في منصب مماثل.
• المفضل: الخبرة في صناعة البتروكيماويات.
