1. D365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant
We are looking for a D365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant. In this client-facing role, you will gather requirements, provide knowledge and recommendations, and configure Dynamics 365 systems according to customer requirements.
Requirements:
a. 4+ years of implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service with omnichannel, Sales, Marketing, Field Service
At least 2 modules.
b. Business analysis, functional requirement gathering and process mapping Functional design document (FDD) development
c. Drive Dynamics CE implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, test and UAT
d. Proficient in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, installation & its setup configuration
e. 5+ years of total experience
f. Project management experience is a plus
g. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed;
h. Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation.
2. D365 F&O Functional Consultant
We are looking for a D365 F&O Functional Consultant. In this client-facing role, you will gather requirements, provide knowledge and recommendations, and configure Dynamics 365 systems according to customer requirements.
Requirements:
a. 5+ years of implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance, Supply chain, HR & Payroll, Manufacturing, Project Management Accounting
At least 2 from the above modules
b. Business analysis, functional requirement gathering and process mapping
c. Functional design document (FDD) development
d. Drive Dynamics F&O implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, test and UAT
e. Proficient in Dynamics 365 F&O, installation & its setup configuration
f. 6+ years of total experience
g. Project management experience is a plus
h. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed
i. Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation
