Visual Merchandising Manager, Qatar
Position
The Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for implementing and communicating corporate visual concepts at the store level which reinforce the global brand image.
Profile
Tasks and Responsibilities: Implement, plan, and direct to execution store interior and window displays in partnership with Visual Merchandising and Retail Leadership. Understand needs of local market and adapt presentation to support business accordingly. Develop strong working relationships with Regional and Corporate partners, ensure visual direction is communicated in an accurate and consistent manner. Manage and work closely with exterior vendors on window installations, ensure all propping comes from appropriate vendors in adherence with brand image. Travel to stores to ensure visual standards are met, share qualitative feedback as a proactive force in developing the business, leveraging visual merchandising as a way to drive sales. Responsible for visual display budget

Requirements: 5 years of Visual Display and Merchandising experience in a luxury of specialty retail environment Strong planning, organization, creativity and originality skills Ability to translate design trends to store windows and environments Ability to develop and train store management teams, build relationships, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately Ability to travel as needed
Fine Jewelry & Time Pieces Department Manager
The Department Manager plays a key role in maximizing the sales and profitability of the department. He/she works closely with the Area Managers/Boutique Managers to enhance the commercial performance and maintain excellent relations with key suppliers and ensure the implementation of action plans in accordance with the strategic direction of the Division Manager.
Main Responsibilities
Stock Management
Review stock level with stock control and Division Manager and implement actions accordingly
Follow up with the area managers to ensure optimization of the stock level usage
Participate in setting up the purchase plan

Marketing
Coordinate with brand managers and the Marketing Department on the yearly plan suitable for the market and as per the supplier’s calendar
Develop with the Marketing Manager the yearly calendar and oversee marketing activities implementation
Recommend to the Marketing team on marketing mix and new openings for shops, and ensure smooth implementation.
Strategy
Assist the Division Manager in defining the yearly strategic plan for the network and preparing the yearly budgets
Participate with the Division manager in strategic meetings with suppliers, regional teams…to negotiate commercial conditions (margin, animations, exclusivity…)
Negotiate targets, locations and brand support with key suppliers.
Reporting
Follow up on daily sales vs monthly/yearly target and take action when necessary
Record, monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and provides suggested action plans
Provide The Division manager with quantitative and qualitative reports using data from market studies.
