1. Senior planning Engineer
Provides engineering analysis and technical support for the planning and operation of the project Implements appropriate system modeling, develops tools and procedures to monitor and control the system, performs system studies, analyzes simulated or actual operating results, develops solutions to current or future system issues, and appropriately reports findings and recommendations.
Job Accountabilities:
- To perform all the planning/scheduling activities that are required to be conducted for the project, as guided by Project Manager.
- Prepare project master program and review/comment/approve the baseline schedule, prepared and submitted by the contractor, taking into consideration the identification of craft labor /equipment /material /cash requirements by time period.
- Assists in providing input and analyses from the planning perspective on market/protocol design issues.
- Structures appropriate planning studies and sensitivity analyses to determine the need for improvements and evaluate proposed projects, including technical and financial analyses.
- Review, recommend & endorsed Extension of time claim submitted by the Contractor to the Client.
- May provide on the job training or help oversee the work of other engineers/analysts.
- May act as mentor and adviser to less experienced engineers/analysts.
- Participates in multi-functional teams to obtain input, address comments and perform studies.
- Assists in developing tools, processes and procedures that enhance system reliability and departmental/organizational efficiency.
- Provides assistance to the Project Manager for reports on contractor delay in project deliverables and mitigation & corrective action suggestions.
- Take care of various reports such as Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Monthly presentation report, Delay Analysis & EoT Tracker report.
- Produces visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagrams.
- Monitors the progress of the project at different stages of its development.
- To plan, schedule oversee and the entire program of work.
- Ability to select the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope.
- Knowledge to coordinate project design stages and supervise the construction process effectively.

2. QA/QC Engineer
Responsible for all activities related to the Quality Control to ensure that quality standards for construction materials, processes and final units are met.
Job Accountabilities:
- Ensure that contractors execute construction work at site according to the drawings and the specifications defined by the consultants.
- Ensure that the contractor is using the proper materials at site according the specification.
- Ensure that the contractor makes all the tests needed for materials and different work aspects according specification, laws and regulations.
- Ensure the regular testing of materials used in construction and the inspection of each construction phase to make sure they comply with quality standards.
- Oversee the handing over of units to customers and ensure that it is done according to customer's contract.
3. Senior Mechanical Engineer - Supervision
Sr. Mechanical Engineer will supervise the supervision mechanical work based on the Designs & QCS code to meet customer satisfaction & to get final authority approval. Also carry out extreme attention to detail of designs as specified by design engineer to fulfil the clients need within the specified scope and schedules.
Job Accountabilities:
- Read and review design drawing and standard detail drawings, specifications, schematics diagrams, sequence operation
- Confer with contractors and clients to implement sequence of operation.
- Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
- Supervise, install & evaluate mechanical work & systems to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.

4. Mechanical Engineer
Mechanical Engineer will design mechanical work based on the Designs & standard QCS code to meet customer satisfaction & to get final authority approval. Also, carry out detail of designs as specified by design engineer to fulfil the clients need within the specified schedules.
Job Accountabilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.

Job Accountabilities:
- Manage, implement and monitor of all electrical/low current related works at site to provide safe & acceptable works.
- Review design packages & contracts, schedule for completion & correction prior to implementation at the site.

As an Expert in BSL2 Histopathology Lab/Mortuary, you will play a critical role in conducting histopathological examinations and providing expert support in a Biosafety Level 2 (BSL2) environment. Your responsibilities will involve managing the workflow of the histopathology laboratory or mortuary, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and conducting accurate analyses to support clinical diagnosis, research, and forensic investigations.
Job Accountabilities:
- Perform histological processing, embedding, sectioning, staining, and microscopic analysis of tissue specimens obtained from clinical samples, research studies, or forensic cases.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of histopathological findings. Monitor equipment performance, reagent quality, and laboratory procedures to meet regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
