Senior Business Systems Analyst
Your main responsibilities:
Participating in the dedicated projects at a given time, and fulfilling project requirements in a timely and good-quality manner
Providing documents to architecture team regarding change requests
Consulting, supporting IT, end-users, and business units with incidents/requests
Providing internal training, and guidelines for other members in the Team about the capabilities of new technology/systems
Documenting all customization/configurations
Providing knowledge and advice about the capabilities of the Way4 system
Providing advice to Business Users with the specific WAY4 system capabilities (Way4)
Advising on training/coaching for Junior Consultants
Sharing knowledge and insights about the Payment Industry to help the growth of ITDS
You're ideal for this role if you have:
Fluent English
Knowledge of card processing - issuing or acquiring
Good knowledge of PL/SQL language
Experience of working on Way4 Platform
Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
Basics of Git versioning ecosystem
Problem solving approach
Good interpersonal and communication skills
