Required jobs in Mawaqif Qatar and their details:

1. Project Manager

Brief Role Description:

• Responsible for the overall property management functions, including management of leasing and rental spaces.
• Responsible to manage the sales team and leasing team in driving the sales of the property and bringing the right concept in line with the client expectations.
• Responsible to drive the car parking business using strategic ways to increase the revenue generation in the property.
• Responsible to manage the tenancy contracts (including move-in and move-out), tenants issues and concerns as a single point of contact for the property.
• Responsible to coordinate with the creative agency in promoting the property on various social media platforms, increasing the followers and engagement ratio for the content uploads.
• Fully responsible for Health, safety, security & quality of the premises and its services.
• Responsible to oversee the entire operation of the facility including soft and hard services, customer service team, car park operation and maintenance, and Accounts and Procurement.
• Responsible to ensure daily site visits to ensure the property's compliance with cleaning, zero HSE issues and services are delivered on time and adequately by service providers and in-house team.
• Responsible to evaluate the performance of subcontractors, service providers and ensure deliverables are met.
• Responsible to ensure the productivity and efficiency in work culture; SOPs, guidelines and processes are followed by the team and leading the client meeting, presenting the property's financial performance and condition.

Experience and Skills:

• At least 10 years’ experience in similar role as a Service Provider, at least 5 years' in Qatar.
• Holding a Bachelor degree as a minimum.
• Knowledge in sales and leasing, QHSE, procurement, finance, cost control and commercial awareness.
• Should have experience in managing soft and hard services.
• Strong interpersonal and communicational skills both written and oral.
• Must be fluent in English (both written and orally) preferably bilingual English & Arabic.
• Must have knowledge and experience in Operational Budget preparation.
• Strong people management and leadership skills in a multi-cultural setting.
• Holding a Qatari Driving license is a plus.

The salary includes the accommodation and transportation allowance.

2. Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Analyze any data and conduct market research to identify use of the facilities to establish key trends,
• Carry out customer surveys to gather customer feedback and improve the services as required,
• Develop database for customers and responsible for monitoring and updating the database,
• Responsible in developing and overseeing marketing campaigns and promotional activities,
• Preparing and proofreading creative copies including press releases,
• Responsible in managing and maintaining the website including data analytics,
• Preparing graphic design lay-outs, photography for the marketing campaigns,
• Managing campaigns on social medias including blogging,
• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information including preparation of monthly/yearly marketing reports such as marketing plan, etc.,
• Responsible to carry out advertising activities by presenting ideas and strategies,
• Responsible to carry out audit of all external communications on a regular basis,
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
• Coordinate between marketing agency management
• Conducts research, surveys with stakeholders
• Meet with focus groups for feedback Prepare presentations and action plans
• Suggest new marketing ideas
• Attend workshops and follow up
• Explore press releases with media
• Organize launching ceremonies

Qualifications:

• Must have a degree in marketing or related field,
• At least 5 years’ Experience in marketing, content writing, social media, market research , etc
• Must have proven experience in digital marketing,
• Must have knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints,
• Must have strong IT skills – Microsoft applications, website, graphic design,
• Must have solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools,
• Must be fluent in written and oral English language, Arabic is a plus.
• Organised, able to prioritise and adhere to strict guidelines.
• Capable of making fair/sound decision and has a problem solving and facilitation skills.
• Highly presentable and great English (Arabic is a plus)
• Qatari Driving license is a plus.
