Female Gymnastics Coach
Education requirement: Master Degree in Sports
Experience will be an advantage.
Salary will be depending on qualifications and experience.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Responsibilities:
Provide Gymnastics training for Level 1 to 5.
Conduct training classes with enthusiasm.
Help students learn proper techniques.
Ensure environment is safe for students and other coaches.
Serve as a role model for younger gymnasts.
Schedule and oversee practices.
Assist senior members of the coaching staff.
Clean and maintain all necessary equipment.
Participate in competition arrangements.
Provide coaching and assistance during competitions.
Skills:
Leadership: In order to provide constructive feedback and help gymnasts improve, coaches need excellent leadership skills.
Communication: Good English skill to be able to articulate, with gymnastics vocabulary, exactly what a student should do.
Patience: To help gymnasts in repetition process until they perfect the skills.
Interpersonal skills: Ability to conduct the training as a respected and empathetic part of the team to establish positive and lasting relationships with the customers and coworkers.
Physical stamina: To spot students and demonstrate a move or motion.
