Key Account Executive (LED BRANDS)
Key Responsibilities:
· Achieve the targets assigned by the authority to expand sales.
· Handle Key sales/contracts with a wide range of existing clients.
· Explore & innovate new customers to expand the sales for the division.
· Assist in managing the sales with high preference to customer satisfaction.
· Manage all aspects of customer relationship to assure achieving the attraction of the potential customers.
· Contribute to new sales area, customer care and company’s approach to quality through the presentation of customer feedback and market research.
· Liaise with current customers on a regular basis to ensure that they continue to be satisfied with the company’s product and that these are being installed to the best advantage.
· Develop relations between company and the client following details to ensure quick response to identified problems.
· Attend Training from the supplier and the stick to the activities proposed by them.
· Establish solid working relationships with key players in target market, aimed at developing, negotiating and growing long term contract business and building brand awareness.
· Maintain the Service Level function to coup up with the reputation of the brands.
· Negotiate for the new contract with the support of the Manager.
