 Job Summary

• The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our cleaning services. This role involves overseeing staff, ensuring quality control, managing budgets, and developing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure adequate coverage and service delivery.

• 2) Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including MEP contractors, facility management companies, real estate consultants, HVAC maintenance companies, freelance teams, and customers at all levels.
• 3) Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including contractors, purchase departments, and procurement departments.
• 4) Responsible for sales volume, forecasting, and sales growth by maintaining the existing customer base and increasing the new customer base within the designated sales territory.
• 5) Ensure timely recovery of customer payments in line with customer-agreed credit terms and report to the manager.

• تبحث شركة ذات سمعة طيبة عن فني KNX، والذي سيكون مسؤولاً عن تثبيت وتكوين وصيانة واستكشاف أخطاء أنظمة التحكم القائمة على KNX وإصلاحها. سيعمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق الفنية الأخرى لضمان التكامل السلس لبروتوكولات ومعايير التحكم المختلفة في مشاريعنا. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي فهم قوي لأنظمة أتمتة المباني وخبرة عملية في بروتوكولات KNX وBACnet وModbus وDALI.
