We are looking for an experienced Corporate Senior Associate to join a top US law firm. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a background in Corporate M&A law. As a Corporate Senior Associate, you will provide legal expertise and support to clients on a wide range of corporate matters, contributing to the management of a global client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer legal advice and manage a portfolio of global clients on Corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and general Corporate matters.
