1. Planning Engineer MEP

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain detailed MEP execution plans for projects including weekly look ahead schedules.
• Coordinate with the Civil baseline to ensure alignment and integration of MEP activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify critical paths, milestones, and potential risks in the MEP execution plan.
• Monitor and track progress of MEP projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Proven experience in MEP planning and scheduling, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

2. Implementation Engineer

Job Description:

• Manage all teams (Implementation, Documentation, Material & Logistic) of IBS
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly and complete Project Progress Report
• Coordination with customer for IBS implementation tasks and Weekly, monthly meeting with customer
• Site acquisition for new IBS sites and coordination with building management for all IBS requirements.
• Planning the teams according to the requirements of the sites.
• Arranging material for IBS implementation.

1.  مهندس تخطيط MEP

المسمى الوظيفي:

• تطوير وصيانة خطط تنفيذ ميكانيكا الكهرباء والسباكة التفصيلية للمشاريع بما في ذلك جداول النظر الأسبوعية المستقبلية.
• التنسيق مع خط الأساس المدني لضمان مواءمة وتكامل أنشطة MEP.
• التعاون مع فرق المشروع لتحديد المسارات الحرجة والمعالم والمخاطر المحتملة في خطة تنفيذ MEP.
• مراقبة وتتبع تقدم مشاريع الميكانيكا الكهربائية والميكانيكية، وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة لأصحاب المصلحة.
• - درجة البكالوريوس في مجال الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو أي مجال هندسي ذي صلة.
• خبرة مثبتة في تخطيط وجدولة أعمال الميكانيكا والسباكة، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع البناء.
• الكفاءة في برامج إدارة المشاريع مثل Primavera P6 أو Microsoft Project.
• قدرات ممتازة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.

2.  مهندس التنفيذ

المسمى الوظيفي:

• إدارة جميع الفرق (التنفيذ والتوثيق والمواد والخدمات اللوجستية) في IBS
• إعداد تقرير يومي وأسبوعي وكامل عن تقدم المشروع
• التنسيق مع العميل بشأن مهام تنفيذ IBS والاجتماع الأسبوعي والشهري مع العميل
• الحصول على موقع لمواقع IBS الجديدة والتنسيق مع إدارة المبنى لجميع متطلبات IBS.
• تخطيط الفرق حسب متطلبات المواقع.
• ترتيب المواد اللازمة لتطبيق IBS.
• إعطاء التعليمات لأعضاء الفريق بشأن أعمال التثبيت.
• تأكد من أن جميع التركيبات تتم وفقًا للمعايير المقبولة لدى العميل النهائي.
• تأكد من أن الفرق تتبع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الصحيحة في الموقع.
• إعداد مجلدات TSSR والموقع المبني.

3.  مهندس إدارة البطاريات

المسمى الوظيفي:

• مطلوب مهندس BMS فورًا
• نطاق الراتب 7000 ريال قطري
• الانضمام الفوري مع noc
• يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة جيدة في برمجة Schneider وHoney well (trend) وAllerton
• خبرة في المشروع إلزامية
• يفضل أن يكون لديه رخصة قيادة قطرية

4.  فنيو تكييف الهواء

المسمى الوظيفي:

• مطلوب فنيين تكييف فوراً
• نطاق الراتب 1400 ريال قطري بالإضافة إلى ساعات العمل الإضافية

5.  مقدر MEP (ميكانيكي)

• نطاق الراتب 1400 ريال قطري بالإضافة إلى ساعات العمل الإضافية
• الانضمام الفوري إلى مركز العمليات الوطنية مطلوب
• الإقامة والنقل حسب الشركة
• يفضل وجود رخصة قيادة

7.  مهندس كهرباء - ميكانيكا وكهرباء

المسمى الوظيفي:

• مطلوب مهندس كهرباء لديه خبرة في شركة MEP.
• الراتب 7000 ريال
• الانضمام الفوري مع noc
• يفضل الحصول على رخصة قيادة
• مع تفضيل UPDA /QCDD
• الإقامة والنقل حسب الشركة

8.  عضو البرلمان الأوروبي

المسمى الوظيفي:

• مطلوب بشكل عاجل رسام ميكانيكا كهرباء ومياه لشركة من الدرجة "أ".
• خبرة في الرسم المتجري إلزامية
• الانضمام الفوري مع الحاجة إلى noc.
• نطاقات الراتب 3000 ريال قطري - 3500 ريال قطري
• الإقامة والنقل من قبل الشركة.
