Executive Assistant to the CEO
Responsibilities
Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
Communicates with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with management and organizations.
Supports CEO in his external commitments, including service on external boards, committees and other groups.
Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items.
Administratively supports HR department (recruiting support, documents formatting, surveys set up and other administrative tasks), drafts emails and correspondence as directed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Retail Manager
Responsibilities
• Plan and implement the overall store strategy
• Work with analyst to review profit and loss figures (P&L)
• Suggest new operational strategies to improve store's performance and productivity
• Prepare a weekly/Monthly/Quarterly sales report to monitor achievements
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Assist in planning and incorporating expansion plans
• Determine and set basic store KPIs
• Track and report on store KPIs
• Market survey to report prices and new products
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a marketing store strategy
• Recruit and hire new store employees
• Train and evaluate store employees
• Create a healthy and enjoyable store work environment
• Train store employees on corporate policies and procedures
• Use the appropriate software to keep track of inventory losses and/or ageing
• Visual Merchandising
• Maintain a Healthy product mix
• Collaborate with the procurement team to plan & implement promotions
• Assist the procurement team in product selection and re-ordering
