Required jobs in F&B Hospitality company and their details:

1. Warehouse Administrator

Job Description:

• Ensure complete and sufficient quantity of stocks with respect to the set par level.
• Develops and implements procedures for ensuring that adequate inventory levels are present.
• Identifies and optimizes common inventory items. Provide recommendations on how to make inventory control responsibilities more efficient (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Inventory).
• Receive, inspect and ensure items are of the correct quantity, quality, and temperature. Verify the delivery against the Purchase Order and identify discrepancies.

2. Cost Controller - Restaurant Experience

Job Description:

• With minimum of 2 yrs experience as Cost Controller (F&B).
• Analysis of variance
• Cost monitoring and reporting
• Attention to detail
• Job Type: Contract
• Contract length: 24 months

3. Head Barista

Job Description:

• With at least 3 years experience in a Specialty Coffee company.
• Strong management and training skills.
• Can give training to the staff to ensure that the quality of beverage preparation is standard.
• Job Type: Contract
• Contract length: 36 months
