ADMIN EXECUTIVE
JOB SUMMARY:
· Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
· Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
· Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
· Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
· Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
· Researching potential new leads and keeping on top of developments in the industry.
· Conducting sales calls VIRTUAL & IN PERSON, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity
· Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
· Analyse referral data to track and respond to trends, sharing insights and market intelligence
· Tracks marketing initiatives and prepares status reports.
· Supporting Business Head with Admin activities of the center.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
· Preferred educational background in Nursing/Pharmacy/Healthcare
· Min 2 years’ Qatar experience relevant to the position preferred in Healthcare Industry.
· Should be fluent in English / Arabic
· Should be able to join immediately.
· Should be flexible.
