1- PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job description

• 1) The Production Manager provides leadership guidance to all associates and managers while utilizing all resources to ensure gold standard operations. As a leadership role model, the Production Manager serves as the leader in succession planning.
• 2) The Production Manager is the food safety expert verifying all company policies and procedures set forth by regulations for compliance.
• 3) Conducts all HACCP training with management and associates
• 4) Ensures implementation and follow up of all preventive controls in the factory.
• 5) Leads the environmental monitoring program initiative
• 6) Completes all corrective and plans of actions according to company policy
• 7) Oversees and coordinates all special projects including Capex, expansions and new initiative
• 8) Serves as the leader on new product roll outs to train associates and partner with the Bakery Ops teams
