1. QA Engineer
Minimum 5 years’ experience in API Q1 certified company worked as Quality assurance professional.
Machine shop experience in API 7-1, 5CT threading inspection.
Knowledge in Premium threads (Tenaris, VAM, NOV GP, JFE, Hunting) and NDE techniques.
Mechanical valve shop experience as per API 6A, 16A inspection.
ASME code knowledge and experience in Welding and Fabrication shop.
Maintain HSEQ Documentation system.
2- Document Controller / Training Coordinator
Collect accurate and timely flow of information and documents from various departments/stakeholders.
Maintain the Training and competency records of all employees with follow up of department heads.
Document Management – Create, review, update and distribute the controlled documents.
Document Control – Numbering, revision control and distribution, Updating in the adequate folders and data base management.
Change control- Control the revision and changes, and monitor the tracks.
3- Quality Inspector
Machine shop Inspection experience for threading inspection API 7-1, 5CT and Premium connections (Tenaris, VAM, NOV GP, JFE, Hunting).
Inspections of mechanical valves at various stages of the manufacturing process to verify compliance with API 6A, API 16A requirements.
Perform in-process/final dimensional inspection and report to immediate supervisor upon product acceptance or rejection.
Perform pressure testing and leak testing on valves /equipment’s to verify their integrity and compliance with specified performance criteria.
Knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing.

عملت خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في شركة حاصلة على شهادة API Q1 كمتخصص في ضمان الجودة.
تجربة متجر الماكينة في فحص خيوط API 7-1 ، 5CT.
المعرفة في الخيوط المتميزة (Tenaris و VAM و NOV GP و JFE والصيد) وتقنيات تجربة الاقتراب من الموت.
تجربة متجر الصمامات الميكانيكية وفقًا للفحص API 6A ، 16A.
معرفة كود ASME والخبرة في ورشة اللحام والتصنيع.
الحفاظ على نظام التوثيق HSEQ.
2- مراقب الوثائق / منسق التدريب
جمع تدفق المعلومات والوثائق بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب من مختلف الإدارات / أصحاب المصلحة.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات التدريب والكفاءة لجميع الموظفين مع متابعة رؤساء الأقسام.
إدارة المستندات - إنشاء ومراجعة وتحديث وتوزيع المستندات الخاضعة للرقابة.
التحكم في المستندات - الترقيم والتحكم في المراجعة والتوزيع والتحديث في المجلدات المناسبة وإدارة قاعدة البيانات.
التحكم في التغيير - التحكم في المراجعة والتغييرات ومراقبة المسارات.
3- مفتش جودة
تجربة فحص متجر الماكينات لفحص الخيوط API 7-1 و 5CT والتوصيلات المميزة (Tenaris و VAM و NOV GP و JFE و Hunting).
فحص الصمامات الميكانيكية في مراحل مختلفة من عملية التصنيع للتحقق من الامتثال لمتطلبات API 6A و API 16A.
إجراء فحص الأبعاد أثناء العملية / النهائي وتقديم تقرير إلى المشرف المباشر عند قبول المنتج أو رفضه.
قم بإجراء اختبار الضغط واختبار التسرب على الصمامات / المعدات للتحقق من سلامتها والامتثال لمعايير الأداء المحددة.
المعرفة في الاختبارات غير المدمرة.
