Genesys Outbound Specialist



We are looking for someone who has strong Genesys Cloud API skills, specifically with routing & conversation handling (especially Outbound). Please find the details that I have from the client below and let me know if this is something you would be interested in.


Location: Remote (EST hrs)


Note: Remote resource would need to be available from time to time for meetings with EST hours. 8-10 am EST once in a while for status updates.


1. Source of contact lists: SQL database, converted into CSV
95% of the contact lists are ready to be used and imported into Genesys Cloud
5% of the contact lists need manual rework before being imported into Genesys Cloud
2. Frequency of the contact list updates in Genesys Cloud:
Once a day (every morning)






Target / Scope of Work

1. For the 95% of ready-to-use contact lists: build an automation tool to automatically extract the lists from the SQL database and load them into the relevant campaigns within Genesys Cloud
Do we have to build an automation that would extract the lists (CSV files) from the SQL database + build an automation that will load those lists to Genesys Cloud OR
The first part of the automation build (SQL database) will be taken care of by the customer, we will have to just focus on the second part of the build (automation of uploading contact lists to Genesys Cloud).




Additional information:



Assuming the first portion is in place, we would utilize that to formulate the call lists and then refill the buffer amount from a reservoir database already in place. Then we would need automation to take those produced lists to Genesys. I guess there are a couple of ways to solve it, whether you want to leverage wrap-up and campaign rules to manage attempts and lead status, then remove uncallable leads from the list and refill from the reservoir. Or automate a list creation and import new lists based upon the call data. Or if a more intuitive way can be leveraged to accomplish it, which I’ll leave in your court.

هل يتعين علينا إنشاء نظام آلي من شأنه استخراج القوائم (ملفات CSV) من قاعدة بيانات SQL + إنشاء نظام آلي يقوم بتحميل تلك القوائم إلى Genesys Cloud OR

سيتم الاهتمام بالجزء الأول من بناء الأتمتة (قاعدة بيانات SQL) من قبل العميل، وسيتعين علينا التركيز فقط على الجزء الثاني من الإنشاء (أتمتة تحميل قوائم جهات الاتصال إلى Genesys Cloud).





معلومات إضافية:



بافتراض أن الجزء الأول موجود، فسوف نستخدم ذلك لصياغة قوائم الاستدعاء ثم إعادة ملء الكمية المؤقتة من قاعدة بيانات الخزان الموجودة بالفعل. ثم سنحتاج إلى التشغيل الآلي لنقل تلك القوائم المنتجة إلى Genesys. أعتقد أن هناك طريقتين لحل هذه المشكلة، سواء كنت تريد الاستفادة من قواعد الاختتام والحملة لإدارة المحاولات وحالة العميل المتوقع، ثم إزالة العملاء المتوقعين غير القابلين للاستدعاء من القائمة وإعادة التعبئة من الخزان. أو قم بأتمتة عملية إنشاء القائمة واستيراد قوائم جديدة بناءً على بيانات المكالمة. أو إذا كان من الممكن الاستفادة من طريقة أكثر بديهية لإنجاز ذلك، فسوف أتركها في ملعبك.
