1. Outdoor Sales Representative (Cosmetics Trading)

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a background in salon/ beauty industry or in cosmetics trading. This role involves driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and providing top-notch service to our customers.

IN DOHA

FLUENT IN ENGLISH & ARABIC

Minimum 5 years experience in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, beauty professionals, and retail clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery to all customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product range to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
• Promote and sell our range of beauty and cosmetic products to new and existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the salon or in cosmetics trading.
• In-depth knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM Software and MS Office Suite.

• Valid driving license and own a car for client visits and sales activities.

2. Legal Advisor (Lawyer)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Legal Advisor to join our growing team in Doha , Qatar.

Minimum 8-10 years experience in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews and manages contracts
• Coordinates and supervises the preparation and review of contracts
• Provides professional support and legal advice as required.
• Proactive legal assistance and advice on various legal issues, including but limited to corporate, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, litigation, regulatory, employment, and governance.
• Assists with legal matters related to construction law, real estate and retail
• Assists the business in compliance with all various legal requirements.
• Advises on minimal liability and legal exposure for the business.
• Ensures that the legal documents and other contractual documents are effectively drafted, reviewed, interpreted, and vetted.
• Takes decisive actions on various legal matters and assess’ contentious and uncontroversial issues.
• Manages and coordinates with external and internal legal resources, where required.
• Advises effectively to minimize and mitigate risks to company.
• Represents the company in ensuring the efficient handling and best outcome of all negotiations and disputes.
• Advises and ensures the business in compliance with the necessities of legislation involving data protection.
• Supervises, researches and analyzes implication of case law, legislation, and regulatory matters that affect the company
• Deals with complex legal matters with multiple stakeholders

Experience/Skills/Knowledge

• Minimum of 8 years relevant and hands-on work experience in the legal field
• Experience in Construction, Retail and Real Estate is an advantage
