Operation Executive
A Well reputed cleaning company in Doha, currently require urgently for immediate hire Operations Executive
Available in Doha for a face-to-face interview
Male Only
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cleaning industry
Must have transferable visa or NOC from previous employer.
Valid Qatari Driving License.
Good industry knowledge of commercial cleaning.
To oversee all cleaning operations on-site, ensuring that our cleaning staff efficiently perform their duties and maintain the highest cleaning standards.
Overseeing the assigned job sites according to manpower and site requirements to achieve profitability and cost-effectiveness
Ensuring that all related Workplace Safety & Health requirements are met.
Assists Operation Manager in various projects, coordinate, execute the general cleaning process and cleaning logistics
Perform Risk Assessment at site.
Review work orders to ensure that assignments are completed on time.
Provide guidance and on Job Training to cleaners, ensure team member’s skill and service competency are maintained.
Any other administration / operation duties may be assigned on ad hoc basis.
Salary package
3500 to 4000 plus
Mobile Allowance
Company Car with fuel allowance
Yearly Increment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work and deliver within limited time range or frame.
Must have good analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities.
Supervisory skills to manage cleaners
