Managing office operations: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors.
Schedule management: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
Data entry: Accurately input and maintain records, files, and databases.
Filing and organization: Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Inventory control: Monitor and order office supplies as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
Meeting support: Assist in preparing meeting materials, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring meetings run smoothly.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks: Support other team members and projects as required.
Translation: Accurately translate written documents, texts, and spoken language from one language to another.
Proofreading: Review and edit translated content for accuracy, clarity, and grammar.
Specialized translation: Depending on your expertise, you may specialize in fields such as medical, legal, technical, or literary translation.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
