Required jobs in Al Meera company and their details:

1. Plumber

Job Summary:

• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixture of heating, drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.
• Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, cement, plastic solvent.
• Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure and locate leaks.
• Study building plans and inspect structures to assess material and to establish the sequence of pipe installations and to plan installation.
• Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage, fixture instructions, using measuring instruments such as rulers and measuring tape.
• Measure, cut, thread and bend pipe to required angle, using hand and power machines such as pipe cutters, pipe threading machines and pipe-bender.
• Install pipe assembles, fitting, valves, appliances such as dishwasher, heaters and fixtures such sinks and toilets, using hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of materials, methods and involved in the construction or repair of houses, building of other structures.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work under pressure with less supervision
• Knowledge of tools, equipment and materials common to the plumbing trade, skills in the installation, repair & maintenance of all types of plumbing work.

2. SAP HR Specialist HCM

Job Summary:

• Support in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP HCM modules.
• The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP HR with OM / payroll / TM experience is must. enhance business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Design, configuration and testing of SAP HCM as well as integration with other SAP Modules: FI/CO
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios and recommend/develop solutions to meet business needs.
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products.
• Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.
• Acts as liaison with business team for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
• Data migration activities including master & transactional data
• Development / enhancements specifications (Z reports, smart forms, and user exists)
• Prepare cutover strategy and conducting cutover detailed activities.
• In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting.

• SAP HCM certificate is a must
• Minimum 8-10 years of SAP HCM configuration experience.
• Must have at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP HCM implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live).

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Good inter-personal skills.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with other modules FI/CO

3. Branch Manager (Native Arabic Speakers only)

Job Summary:

• Responsible for maintaining an acceptable gross profit, proper inventory management and operations reporting of store activities.
• Responsible for achieving a greater sales increase over the previous year in sales.
• Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties.
• Contains the losses of their unit by keeping inventory shrinkage.
• Ensure all reports, such as purchase, inventory, and sales, are accurate and timely available.
• Monitor and maintain proper store cleanliness, appearance, and maintenance
• Supervise employees engaged in sales work, taking of inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records and preparing daily record of transactions or performs work or subordinates, as needed.
• Ensures compliance of employees with security, sales
• Orders goods or prepares requisitions to replenish goods on hand.
• Monitor and verify vendor activity in store.
• Ensure all store employees are trained properly.
• Coordinates sales promotion activities and prepares, or directs workers preparing, goods display and advertising copy.
• Perform banking functions such as cash counting and deposit.
• Inventory control-record all purchases at retail and compare to the physical counts on premise. Perform all shift duties as required, (i.e.) run the cash register.

Qualifications:

• Must be Native Arabic Speaker
• Bachelor's Degree / Higher Diploma
• A Min 05-06 years of professional experience working as a Store Manager / Branch Manager, managing a Supermarket or Hypermarket
• Excellent knowledge in all sales and management of all section in the Store – Fresh, Non Fresh, FMCG
• Working knowledge in the GCC countries is a must

Skills:

• General knowledge of computer programs relevant to the departmental requirements including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation, etc.).
• Excellent reading, writing, speaking and presentation skills in English & Arabic Language.

• درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها من مزيج من التعليم والخبرة
• شهادة SAP HCM أمر لا بد منه
• - خبرة لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات في تكوين SAP HCM.
• يجب أن يكون لديك ما لا يقل عن 2-3 خبرة في تنفيذ دورة حياة SAP HCM كاملة (إعداد المشروع حتى بدء التشغيل).

مهارات:

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة كتابية ولفظية.
• مهارات جيدة في التعامل مع الآخرين.
• المعرفة بتكامل SAP HCM مع الوحدات الأخرى FI/CO

ملخص العمل:

• مسؤول عن الحفاظ على إجمالي ربح مقبول وإدارة المخزون المناسبة وإعداد تقارير العمليات عن أنشطة المتجر.
• مسؤول عن تحقيق زيادة أكبر في المبيعات مقارنة بالعام السابق في المبيعات.
• تخطيط وإعداد جداول العمل وتعيين الموظفين لواجبات محددة.
• يحتوي على خسائر وحدتهم عن طريق الحفاظ على انكماش المخزون.
• تأكد من أن جميع التقارير، مثل الشراء والمخزون والمبيعات، دقيقة ومتوفرة في الوقت المناسب.
• مراقبة والحفاظ على نظافة المتجر ومظهره وصيانته
• الإشراف على الموظفين المشاركين في أعمال المبيعات، وإجراء عمليات الجرد، وتسوية النقد مع إيصالات المبيعات، وحفظ سجلات التشغيل وإعداد السجل اليومي للمعاملات أو أداء العمل أو المرؤوسين، حسب الحاجة.

مؤهلات:

• المعرفة العملية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي أمر لا بد منه
