Senior Entertainment Content Rights Coordinator
To support Entertainment Content Rights Manager on all operations of each content licensed (Western, Arabic, Turkish, and third-Party Channels)
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Manage the Content rights acquired by the Entertainment Content Rights Manager.
Ensure that the acquired rights are inserted in the systems properly so that all local teams are informed about the rights that are acquired by the team.
Enter the contract data into the internal system.
Coordinate broadcast materials, content image, synopsis deliveries of the acquired content with Operation Department if needed.
Work with the Entertainment Acquisitions Teams in Turkey very closely to have the full visibility on the acquired rights.
Assist with invoices and creation of PRs/POs on Oracle and provide relevant documents required by Finance to process the payment.
Assist in planning and organizing of all administrative work related to the Media Rights Acquisition
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree in management, Media, Economics, Marketing or related fields is preferable.
4 - 6 years of relevant entertainment-industry experience especially in OTT/SVOD
Fluent English & Arabic in a business setting
Demonstrated mastery of verbal and written communication skills including the ability to cultivate internal and external relationships.
Ability to work independently and change direction frequently.
Great analytical and critical thinking skills.
Facility with TV and SVOD research tools and methodologies.
Strong Negotiation Skills
Detail oriented with ability to review and analyze a large volume of data, strong Excel and Presentation skills.
Comfortable reading and understanding contract language and negotiation/deal experience.
