Document Controller

Project: A collection of high-value and complex medical facilities across Qatar.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting configuration of the electronic document management systems (EDMS).
Managing the delivery of documents within the EDMS.
Producing and maintaining the document management processes, procedures and templates as part of the programme delivery management system.
Maintaining and promoting high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality and being a great team player as a member of the partnership delivering the programme.
Communicating ideas for improving processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
Ensuring partners and subcontractors understand the document management standards and are aware of the client’s expectations in relation to maximising the value of information.
Provision of document management reports against the master information delivery plan.
About you
You have proven relevant experience in document control in a similar project environment with a construction or consultancy background along with experience in design and engineering projects and nuclear or highly secure sectors.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and be part of a strong, motivated team. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
