- Supervise the implementation of visual plan-o-grams and displays
- Leading the VM’s branch opening
- Creating a store opening pack for merchandising plan, NTI, and visual communication
- Negotiate better pricing for all vendor requirements
- Coordinate NTI top-up orders for current branches
- Coordinating with vendors and projects team for branch openings
- Sample follow-ups and Raising PO’s
- Review product information (new receipts, promotions, bottom sellers) and develop merchandising plan in partnership with the Visual Merchandise Manager
- Meet deadlines to ensure that stores receive all visual directives on time
- Partners with other Visual Merchandising Managers in the development, introduction and implementation of new merchandising techniques and product placement
- Check stock on the sales floor and ensure a quick reaction to display and feature new products when delivered
- In partnership with the Area Manager, ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and contest goals
- Review visual merchandising implementations, as well as its sales performance - Review and adjust the displays to help boost its performance
- Create field updates using the visit audit checklist for discussion on Monday morning business meetings, hot topics and other changes in direction
- Run mini VM workshops every month on critical sections for training and development for the VM team
