Purchase Officer

Job Responsibilities

Managing the procurement process to ensure the acquisition of quality goods, services, and materials at competitive prices to support organization's operations.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery

Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

Must be good with networking and possess excellent time-management skills.

Ensure compliance with applicable procurement policies, legislation, and ethical standards

Skills Required

Minimum 3 to 4 years purchase experience related to building maintenance materials in the local market.

Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer

Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

Must have Qatar Driving License and familiar with the locations.

Preference for locally available candidates with transferable residence permit only.
