We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance

Quality Control Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical engineering, fabrication, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and Oil and Gas Projects, with a minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience. This position requires expertise in quality control procedures, CSWIP 3.2, ASNT NDT Level II Certification and Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on fabrication and EPC Oil and Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures in the oil and gas sector.
• CSWIP 3.2, ASNT NDT Level II and Lead Auditor Certification is mandatory.
• In-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards.

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee our EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and Cooling Water Projects. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, coordinating project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, designers, and technicians involved in EPC projects related to cooling water systems.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Provide Technical guidance and support to the project team, resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Review engineering designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Control expenditure and revenue to maximize profitability.
• Obtain all necessary approvals and permits prior to commencement of works.

4. QA/QC Manager (Mechanical)

Location: Ras Laffan- Qatar 

Duration: Long Term 

Job Summary:

The QAQC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality management within the organization. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that our products/services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. CSWIP 3.2, ASNT NDT Level II and Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 standards certification is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive QAQC plans and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
• Review subcontracts and POs for compliance with project QA requirements.
• Manage and lead the QAQC team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the production process.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address quality concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in QAQC practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in QA/QC in the Oil and Gas industry.

3.  مدير الهندسة - الميكانيكية

المسمى الوظيفي:

نحن نبحث عن مدير هندسي ذي خبرة للإشراف على EPC (الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء) ومشاريع مياه التبريد. كمدير هندسي، ستكون مسؤولاً عن قيادة فريق من المهندسين، وتنسيق أنشطة المشروع، وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والميزانيات، والحفاظ على معايير الجودة العالية طوال دورة حياة المشروع.

المهام الأساسية:

• قيادة وإدارة فريق من المهندسين والمصممين والفنيين المشاركين في مشاريع EPC المتعلقة بأنظمة مياه التبريد.
• الإشراف على تخطيط المشروع وجدولة وتنفيذه لضمان الانتهاء في الوقت المناسب ضمن قيود الميزانية.
• التنسيق مع العملاء والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لتحديد متطلبات المشروع والتسليمات.

ملخص العمل:
