Spare Parts Advisor

As a Spare Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and timely delivery of spare parts required for all off-road and overlanding needs. You will work closely with the Sales Advisor, Technical Advisor, and Cashier and ensure correct parts are issued against each Job Card.

Key Responsibilities:


Spare Parts Issue:
Assist sales advisor in identifying and entering the right spare parts for each job card. Provide information on pricing, availability, and alternative options.

Order & Receiving Processing:
Receive and process spare parts orders from Sales advisor and Technical Advisor, and other departments. Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure timely delivery of ordered parts. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.

Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage the spare parts inventory to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.

Identify slow-moving or obsolete parts and recommend appropriate actions.

Send Stock Replenishment report to Warehouse on daily basis.

Technical Knowledge:
Develop a solid understanding of the technical specifications of various spare parts.

Stay updated on new products and advancements in the industry.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and organized records of spare parts catalogs, pricing, and supplier information.

Generate reports on inventory levels, sales, and order fulfillment.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Keep abreast of changes in regulations related to spare parts and implement necessary adjustments.

Qualifications and Skills:


High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
Previous experience in spare parts management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of automotive, machinery, or equipment parts.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
