Science Teacher (MYP/DP)
We are looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Science Teacher in our Middle & High School Division to join ACS International School Doha, Qatar. The suitable candidate must have a strong background in teaching MYP/DP.
Reporting to: Middle/High School Principal
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field
Teaching Qualification- PGCE/BEd or equivalent
Experience teaching in an international school (IB,DP and MYP)
Knowledge and Skills
Strong understanding of MYP and IB curricula and assessment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create a dynamic and engaging classroom environment
Responsibilities
Use conceptual based learning and differentiated lessons in the delivery of MYP/DP Science curriculum.
Foster a deep understanding of mathematical
Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic growth.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom management that encourages active participation.
Offer guidance and support to students in their internal assessment.
Assist in coordination and implementation of IB related activities.
