Architect has experience in 3D visualization and Corona rendering. UPDA Certificate
This full-time, on-site role is for an Architect who has experience in 3D visualization and Corona rendering, and holds a UPDA Certificate. The Architect will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans using 3D visualization software and Corona rendering tools, in order to provide clients with a clear and comprehensive understanding of architectural designs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 3D visualization and Corona rendering
UPDA Certification is mandatory
Excellent proficiency in 3D Max, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to interpret and create drawings as per construction and planning regulations and standards
Strong knowledge of design software, modeling, and graphic rendering techniques
Proven expertise in project management and architecture software
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and construction project workflows
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
