Communication Partner
We are looking for a Communications Partner to help us engage and communicate our employees onshore and offshore. Responsible for the delivery of strategic communications support to both our Digital Business Solutions and Human Resources departments, we are looking for somebody with strong writing skills, experience of developing and delivering communications plans and the ability to produce creative content and campaigns. Experience of supporting business change projects would be an advantage.
Accountabilities:
The Communications Partner will provide support to the Head of Internal Communications on all Internal communications matters and will be the focal point for selected division and entity leaders and teams.
The Communications Partner is responsible for delivery of strategic communications support to assigned business divisions and will support the Head of internal Communications and Senior Communications Partner on the key strategic communications priorities.
The Communications Partner will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business activities in general, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
The role requires the candidate to develop a broad network at all levels of the organisation and the know-how of how to reach a broad audience using different communication channels.
Activities:
Work closely with the Head of Internal Communications and the team to contribute to the delivery of the internal communications strategy, plans and campaigns.
Provide support and deliver strategic communications partnership to the assigned business divisions and their leaders.
Ensure assigned entities and leaders are successfully positioned in the organisation by delivering accurate, consistent and quality flow of news and features in a variety of channels to improve knowledge and understanding amongst colleagues.
Establish and maintain interpersonal business relationships to facilitate work activities.
Map internal stakeholders and develop detailed communication plans for assigned entities approved by the Head of Internal Communications and the entity leadership.
Deliver work to the highest quality, and within the agreed budget and timescale.
Support in maintaining and pushing content to the internal communications digital channels.
Provide clear and effective communication response to crisis or emergency situations to reassure and guide employees when needed.
Support the Senior Communications Partner in the planning and execution of tactical and day-to-day requirements.
Work collaboratively with the wider Public Relations & Communications team members to deliver joined up projects and events, as well as tactical day-to-day deliverables.
Ensure cost efficiencies in all activities.
Participate fully in crisis response training and assist during emergency response situations if required(on/offshore).
