Position Overview:
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share within the Oil and Gas industry. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our solutions, developing, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil and Gas sector.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
Technical Expertise:
Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support with solutions.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate and customized solutions for clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
Understand customer needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and feedback to contribute to the development of new products and services.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project status.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
3-5 years of proven sales experience in Qatar, with a focus on pumps.
Strong technical background and understanding of pump systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel and attend industry events.
Qatar driving license is compulsory.
