PSP Sales and Business Manager
Role Description
Noqoody Payment Services Co. is looking for a full-time, on-site PSP Sales and Business Manager in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving PSP sales, marketing, and business development, as well as building and maintaining long-term relationships with Noqoody Payment Services Co.'s clients. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, including PSPs, banks, and merchants, to identify new business opportunities and develop customized solutions for clients.
1. Sales and Business Development:
Lead the sales strategy for the payment solutions offered by the PSP.
Identify and target potential clients, including e-commerce businesses, retailers, and other entities requiring payment processing services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.
2. Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify trends in payment processing and digital payments.
Stay informed about competitors and propose strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales and marketing campaigns.
3. Product Knowledge and Consultation:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s payment solutions and services.
Provide expert advice and consultation to potential clients on the best payment solutions for their needs.
Work closely with technical teams to understand the features and benefits of new products and services.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
Participate in conferences and industry events to network and promote the company's services.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Set sales targets and KPIs for the team.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Analyze sales data to understand trends and identify areas for improvement.
6. Client Support and Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Address client concerns and work with internal teams to provide solutions.

This role requires a combination of sales expertise, knowledge of payment processing technologies, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. The goal is to drive the business forward through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development in the financial industry. Experience in the payments industry is a plus
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Understanding of payment gateways, POS devices, QR code payments, invoicing, and vending machines
Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English and Arabic is required
