We are looking to hire a qualified Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team.
Job description:
Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree is required.
Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory.
At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
Having a work experience in the banking industry is a plus
