General Technician
The General Technician at Education City Golf Club performs routine building maintenance tasks encompassing carpentry, electrical work, HVAC systems, plumbing, painting, and general cleaning. They receive and fulfill daily work orders, ensuring accurate documentation. Additionally, they may procure parts, handle machine installations, and aid in diagnosing machinery issues. Safety is paramount, involving building inspections, minor repairs, and office space reconfiguration. The role also entails maintaining cleanliness, ordering parts, and completing assigned tasks. Safety and Housekeeping Responsibilities:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards, evaluate objectively, use common tools, follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and operate miscellaneous office equipment.
