Audio Visual Technician
Must know operating, monitor, and maintain Audio Visual Systems, as well as troubleshoot system issues and perform repairs. Strong knowledge of Telecommunications, video conferencing, PA systems, Web-conferencing platform (Webex, MS Team, Skype, Zoom etc.), Video wall, LED wall installations and trouble shooting

Experience in working with various AV brands.
Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on the AV systems.
Video Conferencing – Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Yealink, Yamaha
Video Walls- Samsung, LG, NEC, BARCO
Video Systems- Crestron, Extron, Liberty, Lindy, Samsung, LG, Epson, Christie, Sanyo, Barco, Sharp, Sony, NEC, ACCER.
Audio Systems – Biamp, QSC, Bose, BSS, JBL, Bosch, TOA.
Control Systems – Crestron, Extron, AMX, Atlona.
Basic programming awareness for the troubleshooting.
Basic awareness on network technology.
Provide immediate solutions and input for installation or connectivity failures associated with AV systems.
Experience in breakdown support for AV systems
Installation of audio-visual equipment such as projectors, displays, video walls, speakers, cabling.
Primary support for all Hands meetings, webcasts, and Telepresence calls.
Ability to lead AV system installations (Boardrooms, Classrooms, Conference Rooms)
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clients and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex systems and configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve CBS issues, optimize system performance, and minimize downtime.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
