Sales And Marketing Specialist
The candidate for this position will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.
Responsibilities
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the business stakeholders.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Negotiating with clients and suppliers to secure the most attractive prices.
Equipping staff with social skills needed to enhance sales.
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Remaining in tune with market trends to ensure that our business offerings remain relevant.
Main tasks
Contributing to the sales activities and marketing campaigns
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
Compiling, distributing, and presenting ideas, information, and strategies.
Coordinating promotional activities and events
Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Monitoring and staying within the allocated budget for each event/exhibition.
Leading teams for sales campaigns and delivering targeted proceeds and revenues.

Creating, analyzing, and reporting the results of targeted efforts

Keeping abreast of the latest market trends and providing knowledge in the form of presentations and internal communications from clients, vendors, and suppliers to be up to date with the latest product offerings of the business.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on business administration, marketing and/or sales.
Minimum of three (3) years of business development and/or marketing experience with exposure of working directly with management in a strategic leadership role.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively with a team and under direct leadership of executive management.
